Nice

Todo muy bonito y céntrico , el lugar era muy agradable y coincidía con las fotos mostradas

Lovely safe location easy to navigate. This is our 2nd stay in the last two weeks. We'll be back again soon.

Top Restaurants, ball parks, river, all in walking distance. Likes: How close it was to both ball parks. Dislikes: The Pool and the chairs in them to lay out. Very cool

Great location! Very convenient. Lovely neighborhood, Easy access. Place has everything you could ask for.

Great clean space , seems like a good value for the location ! We’d probably rent here again

This spot is centrally located and suitable for those trying to make the most of their trip with limited time. Restaurants, stadiums, and other attractions are relatively close. The bed was extremely comfortable and the washing machine comes in handy before departing. The instructions are thorough and easy to follow.

Very nice place, super central and were able to walk everywhere with no issues. Great hosts who were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Nice place close to both stadiums. I'd definitely stay again

Enjoyed my stay!!

Check in was on time as promised.. the challenge is when I had a parking pass issue on the 3rd night.. The communication took place via the text.. I was hesitant renting here due to not being able to talk to a live person but did so .. my concerns were validated! I reported that the gate would open on Saturday evening.. a response was received about 3 minutes later with some suggestions on how to use the pass.. we tried these suggestions but to no avail.. they said they would have a team member "on this" I asked how long for that to happen.. I did not receive a response for 5 hours at "1 am".. completely unacceptable.. keep in mind there is NO overnight street parking.. soooo what I had to do after waiting for an 1.5 hrs was follow another vehicle in on their tag.. this was a resident as I was notified that the issue was for KASA attendees.. there was some back and forth the next day but never a solution. What should of happened is once there was a realization that this was a broad issue is there should of been a person there wating at the gate to allow KASA visitors in and out as needed.. YES this cost money but it is your obligation to meet the needs that are promised to the client. I am fortunate that I was bale to "chase" another car through the gate.. what were others to do since there is no street parking. I asked how I was going to be compensated as I was not going to take the car out again until this was resolved which forced me to use Uber adding expense on my end..

Beautiful apartment, extremely clean, in a wonderful area, kasa was always SUPER responsive I love the 24 hour communication they have

2nd time staying here and will again. Likes: Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a good location for a Rockies/ Broncos weekend. There was a child travel bed in the closet for our 1 year old grandson. Dislikes: Initial parking was a little confusing but easy once you know where to go.

Nice location, poor parking accommodations. Likes: We liked the location, close to light rail and a park and dog park close to the building. The room was clean and comfortable. Dislikes: Parking was limited for 2 couples with 2 vehicles. They will only allow parties to reserve one parking space. Any other parking is blocks away and they specifically tell you not to park on the street, as you will be ticketed and towed. I observed the parking police monitoring all the vehicles parked on the street, so parking is a concern if you have more than one vehicle.

The apartment was a long way from the elevator and could have had a bit higher quality furnishings

Enjoyed staying here, great neighborhood near the river and walking distance to downtown. The only issue was that the lock malfunctioned when we arrived and we were not able to enter the unit for approximately 20 minutes as we had to wait for someone to assist. The lock ended up not being fixed so we had to use a physical key throughout our stay and then were asked to wait to check out until someone could get the key in person. This was inconvenient when expecting contactless entry/exit. Otherwise this was a great space with secure parking and we would stay here again!

Ew! I hate spider webs and even more in an apartment hotel. I won't be back that's for sure. Yuck!

Everything was beautiful and very clean. Easy to use codes- easy texting communication! Kasa Union Station is located in the most beautiful part of Denver with everything you need at your doorstep! Definitely will return!

Great apartment in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. Exactly as described and in the photos.

Would have given a 10 if not for the cigarette smell in the room Likes: Building was very secure. Location was OK. There was no breakfast Dislikes: Room smelled of cigarette smoke

The place was as described and easy access to public transport. Overall a good stay and I’d stay again.

Great unit with off street parking. Clean, walkable to lots of places. Excellent communication with the host. Perfect place to stay!

Great spot. Would stay here again!

Great location - reasonable and convenient parking - very secure - amenities that you need. We did not need any assistance but they were very proactive to ask if we needed anything. Looks just like the pictures. I believe that Kasa owns the floor but residential on other floors. Would definitely book there

We had the best experience at Kasa! This will be our go-to spot for anything at Ball arena or Coors Field. The quiet residential street was peaceful --- but it was such an easy walk to Union Station for restaurants and fun. We enjoyed the free Starbucks machine on our hall , and appreciated all of the clear signage and thoughtful check-ins by text message during our stay. Pricey but so worth it!

Likes: Very clean! And very cozy!

They did not have black out shades in the bedrooms so there was a lot of light shining in the rooms at night. Also, there were no welcome drinks. That would have been nice to have water or some sort of beverage upon entering the room. Overall, good stay and cool location.

Great location. Loved it. Easy to find. Directions to get inside was easy to follow

Kasa Union Station Denver was outstanding. It was exceptionally, clean, well designed and had everything we needed. We felt like we were staying in a luxury place. Kasa’s instructions, procedures, customer service and support and responsiveness were all also top notch. The location was perfect for us. It was in a nice, safe, residential neighborhood convenient to Coors Field, Union Station and I-25. We could not have been more pleased with our entire experience.

Clean, comfortable, home away from home This Kasa is located walkably-close to Union Station and offers an apartment-style rental experience. The vibe is DIY which makes the stay feel like home. We stay with Kasa whenever we can.

Amazing location!

Great place and location. Would have preferred that the tub and sink had been repaired as they said it would be during our stay. Fortunately we were able to share the other bathroom.

Likes: Easy check-in and out. Location. Cleanliness. Nice set up. Everything was great Dislikes: Water pressure in the shower could have been better

Likes: Great space. Like staying in luxury apartments Dislikes: Parking

SAFETY WARNING - DO NOT BOOK AT KASA UNION STATION. An unknown man used a key code to enter my unit and was able to get in because this location relies solely on smart locks to access the unit you book; there's no additional latches or deadbolts to protect you. Even worse, support from Kasa has been non-existent. I called to report it immediately to their 24/7 helpline and was promised a call back that never came, and my follow up by email and phone has resulting in nothing but empty promises to investigate. All they have told me is that their records show my lock was not opened any time that morning. I call BS - multiple witnesses were in the room, we heard the code being punched in and saw the man with our own eyes. So either they're lying, or their locks are able to be magically operated off the record which is an even more disturbing possibility. I don't know who this man is or what his intent was, but he left after seeing my husband and saying "sorry, just checking." I suspect it was a mixup with housekeeping that could have been resolved with an apology and commitment to improving guest safety. But Kasa appears more committed to putting me off than making any improvements to the safety and security of their guests. I'll update this review after this incident makes it's way through the legal system.

This was the nicest, cleanest, most conveniently located place we’ve possibly ever stayed at. And an incredible value!

We enjoyed our stay at Kasa. The space was bright and clean, and the area was close to everything. We also enjoyed all the amenities that the building has to offer. Would stay here again!

Instant response to all of my concerns, which was nice. Some issues with parking, and my room was right on 18th Street, so there was noise all night. These were minor issues as the apartment was clean and comfortable - I would recommend it to anyone.

Great place in a great location!

So clean and great location. We’re sad to leave!

It's a nice location between downtown and the hipster neighborhoods on the other side of the river. Proximity to the river park and walkability is excellent in this quiet, tucked-away enclave. It strikes a fine balance between hotel amenities and apartment living in that special way that makes you feel more like a local.
