This was our second stay at this Kasa property. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and the property is in a safe and quiet part of the city. It’s no more than a 5-10 minute walk from coffee, CVS, restaurants etc. We’ll be back again next time we come back to Denver!

Great value, modern facilities. Likes: Location is within walking distance of downtown, stores, restaurants, greenbelt, river. Spacious, well-kept facilities, safe area close to cafes, quiet. Easy check-in, and great communication via texting and email. Dislikes: All perfect.

The room was clean and a good size. I will stay here the next time I come to Denver.

Very well equipped clean space. Quiet and residential but also close to dining and entertainment. Recommend, especially for long-term.

Very comfortable and quiet! Stayed in town for a hockey game and this was conveniently located to everything we needed!

Clean, conveniently located near eateries and bars. Good apartment hotel and tastefully decorated. Need more towels though.

Great location, great accommodations. We would definitely recommend. The unit was well equipped. We enjoyed the kitchen and liked having outdoor space on the balcony. The building is very close to the light rail and right across from the park. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Spot to be a local We will stay here again. Apartment felt brand knew. Modern with plenty of space. Both bedrooms have bathrooms attached with huge walk in closets. Bathroom to second bedroom has a door to the living area also. Kitchen is huge and has all amenities. Beds were very comfortable and it was very.quiet. The apartment is in a great area and very walkable. We spent 4.nights in the area and felt very safe walking the area even at night. The only negative about the property was the floor. The floor planks need some attention as there are some of the planks that have separated and created gaps in the flooring (Management says they are aware of issue). Hopefully that will be fixed because this place is awesome.

Awesome location! Loved the room...very clean, well maintained and stocked. Appliances were in great condition. Instructions to access the unit were clear and easy to follow.

A trio of 30-somethings tackle Denver Overall review: 9.75 Location: 10/10 Right next to Union station, this apartment is close enough to get anywhere in Denver, but north enough to be in a quiet part of the city. Right next to a park, you’ll see dozens of dogs every time you walk around. Some amazing restaurants within 5 mins of walking. Particularly the Japanese place in a plaza next to a wine dispensary. Apartment: 9/10 Spacious, modern, and accommodating. Having a two bedroom apartment makes the down time between doing things is one of the best features of staying here. The living room and balancing make for plenty of space to relax. The bathrooms are gigantic along with the hottest showers imaginable. These were great after a day of being outside in the cold. There is also a Starbucks coffee maker on the floor by the elevators. We are coffee drinkers and thoroughly enjoyed having that amenity. The only downside is how stiff the bed is and the inexpensive wayfair furniture to make it feel lived in. If you like a stiff bed, you’d give this place a ten. Staff: 10/10 We had the water filter go out, they swapped it. Had a question about parking, instantly answered through text. Reported an issue with said coffee maker, got fixed the next day. The staff is awesome. Responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to stay again!

A very comfortable and easy place to stay. The furniture was modern and in good condition. It was spacious and quiet, a very relaxing experience.

I chose this place because it was close to my favorite restaurant. I genuinely wish I was staying longer to get use of all the amenities! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you’d need as a guest. Sadly I couldn’t check out the gym due to maintenance but they did inform me that it’d be closed so I was able to make other gym arrangements. If you’re looking for a quiet stay, close to downtown and LoHi THIS is the spot.

Once you get used to the whole check-in system, parking and all, it's perfect. Totally recommend.

Property was good

Just amazing. I’ve stayed many many places but this has to be top three in terms of service and courtesy. I can’t recommend it enough. The space itself was clean, modern, free of clutter and comfortable. 10/10!

I stayed at Kasa Union Station from August to February after just moving to CO - In the beginning of October I got my car stolen from the parking garage. Someone walked into the building and straight down to the garage and stole my car, how scary. Kasa was not helpful in the slightest. They were incredibly rude and went as far to try to and make it seem as if I had someting to do with it. They also denied giving me parking garage access with my rental car. After my car was ditched on the side of the ride, and ended up getting totaled by my insurance, they tried to refuse giving me a new parking pass (it was in my lease) after I bought a brand new car. They also refused to work with the police on getting the security footage and help in any way.

Super nice complex with very clear, detailed instructions on how to get in. The unit was very spacious and was equipped with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the complex has coffee machines on each floor. Extremely walkable location and right next to a great park.

I was told it would be cleaned “meticulously.” It was generally clean except for dust accumulation in and around vents, on top of doors and lots of short hairs on floor board in bathroom. Under the bed was dusty and filthy. I had very bad allergies with swollen eyes the entire time and didn’t know of it were the building vents/ sheets/ air quality outside… but realized my eyes got better when we left and worse when we’d get back. Very unfortunate because it made the stay uncomfortable.

First time at Kasa property. We stayed 2 nights back in January. Excellent location and property. We are over 60 travelers and found checkin/checkout process a breeze. Very clear instructions and access to help when needed. Apartment was well equipped and super clean. Would highly recommend over an Airbnb or hotel. Parked our car in provided underground spot and walked/public transit for entire stay. Booked Kasa stay in Washington and hoping for similar experience. Will definitely return to Denver....hopefully for a longer stay.

Excellent value and location Exactly as described, in a great area of town, extremely safe, clean and efficient. Felt the security and consistency of a hotel but the privacy and autonomy of a private rental.

Highly recommend The property is in a great location. The unit was nice, mostly updated.. Property and unit were clean. Felt safe in the building and unit. Convenient location for walking dog, restaurants, and shopping. Starbucks coffee machine located by the elevator was a nice perk. Kitchen has bare necessities but they served our purpose. Blinds were nice but light blocking or curtains would be nice.

Such a great property, email instructions were sent on check in exactly when they were supposed to. Easy to get into the unit and park. Close to everything we wanted downtown. Safe, secure, quiet building.

We really liked the space in this apartment. 2 couples fit very comfortably with an area to hang out. It was very clean and quiet. The surrounding neighborhood was young, trendy & safe. Walkable to LoDo & Ball Arena. Easy parking in garage.

Great hotel with contactless check-in and hassle-free access. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in outside of my home, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again!

Love feeling local. This property lets you live downtown and not stay in a hotel. Rarely see another guest. I've stayed here so many times, it feels like my second home.

Kasa is not a hotel, it's a property rental. The apartments are clean and well equipped. Hotels.com has this as a 4 star hotel. It has zero amenities beyond the apartment and making a parking garage available (kinda) for an extra fee. I paid for the parking garage but was never able to get the door to the garage to open. I had to wait for another resident to open the door for me. The full and equipped kitchen is nice. the view was fantastic. The bed was the best bed I've had in a hotel or rental property, ever. Great rental property. This is not a hotel. If you know what you're getting, this is top shelf. If you're expecting hotel amenities, there are better motels.

Great place, not a hotel. First, this is a great mini-apartment for a vacation or short stay. It is by no means a hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nice to stay in. The parking is a severe pain. I could not get the garage to open despite having paid an extra fee per day for parking. The instructions have you walk out of the garage and around the block back to the front door, but there is no obvious way out of the garage to the street. There is an elevator in the garage that will take you back to the apartment floors. Each time I tried to enter the garage I had to wait until someone came along behind me to open the garage for me. This was tedious. There are no amenities outside of the room. The room has a comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen and laundry machines. Great location and good price for the location.

A full 2 Bedroom Apartment! Easy Parking if you’re driving Union Station is nearby if you’re not. Great place, we would stay again

It was convenient and clean! Likes: Parking was a little confusing at first but then fine! Time was clean and bed was comfortable. Dislikes: Explicitly tell guests that the Kasa parking spots are on the bottom floor of the parking garage.
