A clean room and a great location, with a hotel vibe. The location is unbeatable. It is right in the heart of the city, with so many restaurants, shopping and attractions. One can do without a car, taking the train to the airport, or travel by rail (The California Zephyr is an amazing experience, not to be missed!!) The unit was comfortable and was spotless. It had clean towels, and a nice washer and dryer. That was never lacking. The one thing that was missing was the feeling of warmth. These units are managed by a corporation and it shows. It was missing little useful things, like measuring cups. So when baking, although I made due, it was not easy. Also, be ware that the unit that gets assigned is at the last minute. That is, unlike many places where you can see the unit being reserved, here there are many units. And some units have views of nothing (the stereotypical view of a brick wall). However my view was of the courtyard with a peek of mountains. Nice!

Perfect spot in downtown Denver if you’re looking for a quieter area.

Tried to book, went through their pre-arrival process, submitted my ID and my photo. It gave me an error, I reached out, then someone calls me to tell me they are canceling my reservation because my ID has previously been marked as fraudulent. I have NEVER tried to book before and if someone is trying to use my ID, I can’t help that. The made no effort to fix or verify it was me, just canceled my stay. Edit: turns out their 3rd party system linked my ID with someone else’s and it took me inquiring for them to find this out

Great stay! Kasa communicated quickly answering any questions to ensure a great stay. Easy to find and had what we needed for a weekend trip!

We enjoyed the stay at Kasa Denver Union Station A great place to stay and good area too. We got to see snow so it was nice. The place has many windows and a great view. The beds were comfortable . The place had everything to cook including pots, pans, and utensils. They did have cleaning materials including multi spray cleaner, dish soap, and detergent. You can pay extra for cleaning service but we didn't and kept it clean. It felt like home not a hotel. They even have a washing machine. Customer service was awesome and 24 hours. We had we called a few times, especially the first day since we were having trouble finding the right key pad to get in. The parking is a good price comparing to other places near by. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this place.

If you want to interact with a human, not for you. If you need to check luggage, not for you. If you want mass produced apartments supported by remote big company support, this is for you!

Exceptional experience It was my 2nd stay at this Kasa property. When I reported a few minor issues, the response was immediate and I was impressed by such prompt service. My stay was quiet and comfortable. I like the proximity to Union Station and to the River Trail. Overall an exceptional experience! I would definitely stay here again.

Great property preferred over hotel. Ok location Great property, pretty convenient location, will stay there again. Only nit is all communication is through an ai bot. Literally no live people to speak with after. Everything was keyless/ touchless, etc.

Kasa was amazing. I loved the updated appliances, modern interior and comfortable furniture. This place specifically was in a great area of town where transportation was available nearby, plenty of food choices, and a Whole Foods was around the corner. Most of all, security was wonderful. I always felt safe, warm and welcome at Kasa.

Great location. Had a quick night stay after a broncos game Bed is comfy V clean Easy to access Wish early check in would have been accommodated but all good.

Great stay. Great room and balcony view. Basement parking did not allow my truck to fit. Street parking was easy enough to accomplish.

Likes: This was by far the best flat my family and I have ever rented. Location was very good, altough we didn’t have any contact with the staff in place, they are super fast in answering all of your questions on the Booking chat. If we ever go back to Denver, we will definitely stay there again

Excellent location with all the amenities you need.

A little confused to find the entrance and or parking to take out luggage but once we were able to pick up our keys and garage card everything went smoothly.

We stayed here while doing ski day trips from Denver via Union Station (Winter Park Train, Snowstang), which was very convenient. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The laundry was one of the biggest perks for us over a hotel since we stayed almost a week. This building is primarily regular renters and only the 4th floor is Kasa short term rentals. I have a few comments: The bedroom shades do not black out light so if you need a fully dark space to sleep, this is not for you. Also, if you book with a third party, it might be a little tricky to get in. You’re supposed to get instructions with a code for the door before arrival. Third party told us to check in at the front desk- there was no one there. At checkin Kasa also gave us the option of a $250 incidentals deposit or a $28 “worry free stay” so be prepared for that question. We got the deposit back if you’re wondering. Will also note the thermostat default settings is a little funky. We would turn it down lower when leaving for the day only to come back to it at a steamy 74. I am not paying the utilities here so I shouldn’t care but that seems wasteful. Lastly, they gave us two rolls of toilet paper for a six night stay. That is not enough and unlike a hotel, there’s no place to ask for more. Our motel in steamboat gave us two for a two night stay. Longer stays should get more TP Kasa.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location is fantastic. Apartment was spotless and comfortable. The building was nice as well. They even have free Starbucks coffee in the the hallways. I highly recommend!

Spacious, clean and comfortable! Likes: Really great space. Clean linens and bathrooms. All well stocked. Pillow was just too soft for my needs but that’s just my preference. Dislikes: Location is great but didn’t realize we had to go over a walking bridge everytime we have to go somewhere but not a deal breaker! Just something to think about with the area.

A fabulous location with excellent facilities. Likes: Spacious and centrally located. Clean and well appointed. Excellent communication and easy entry instructions. Dislikes: Minor issue with the tv losing connection, but apart from that, it was a great stay.

Wir waren super zufrieden! Es war sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Lage großartig. Die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. Wir würden wieder kommen, sehr zu empfehlen.

Not really a suite The place looked fine, location great, most uncomfortable furniture I’ve ever met, stove hood light was burned out… not normally a big deal but could get no one there Xmas eve.. we were trying to cook and had to use cell phone light to see the dials on the oven and stove.

Place was nice spacious for our group TV did not work no internet

The property is located short drives away from all sporting venues.

Pre-Christmas Trip The property is lovely, and the area is nice. Our unit was well appointed but did lack a few things. We did not have a hair dryer in the room. I called to get one and waited an hour and a half before we finally left for the day. When we arrived back that evening there was a dryer however it did not work. We tried 4 different outlets. We had a newly crawling 9 month old that managed to find a piece of broken glass on the rug. Upon further inspection we found 3 more pieces of glass, several small elastic hair bands, dried food crumbs and candy wrappers under the edge of the couch. The legs on the coffee table were not screwed in and it was very wobbly. We had to hand tighten them to keep it from toppling over when the baby walked around it. I am likely overly sensitive about housekeeping because I oversee and small 10 room inn but hair in the shower that is not my own is an eww factor. We would definitely stay again because it totally fit our needs. I just hope they find a new housekeeper with a little more attention to detail.
