This place was great! I was worried about the check in as many people had mentioned in other reviews that they struggled. I can confirm it's a breeze as long as you open the communications they send and follow there detailed instructions! I also recommend paying for their on site parking. Felt safe and secure and would love to stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kasa Union Station in Denver. I was a little leary doing everything on my phone but it was very easy. Even for this old lady. We walked to Coors field to watch a Rockies game. Little bit of a walk but not bad. We took a bike taxi back. Very clean, everything new and shiny. Only complaint is from my husband, no TV guide or instructions. If we are ever in the Denver area or anywhere they have Kasa we would not hesitate to stay.

Our stay was great. Kasa was extremely organized and easy to deal with.

Likes: Very comfortable spacious place. High class. The kind of place I could live in. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely go back if I am in denver again. Dislikes: Nothing at all.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and thoughtfully equipped. We really loved the creature comforts including an icemaker, and in-unit washer and dryer. My only notes are: 1) The outdoor keypad only seems to work with the fob, which created some inconvenience because there was only one provided. 2) The provided pillows are terribly stained and need to be replaced. 3) A second set of towels per guest would have been greatly appreciated, as I had to do a load of towels every day. 4) A Keurig machine would be a good improvement over ancient Mr. Coffee.

We enjoyed where the apartment was located . It was such a spacious place with everything we needed.

Perfect spot for a girls trip. Close to union station, walkable to many restaurants and bars! Highly recommend.

Property was very nice, modern and very well maintained. Everything was provided in the unit including shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher and laundry soap, dishes, and utenzils. Cons - no early check in available, parking costs extra and is very confusing along with the check in process.

Perfect location for a quick trip to Denver for a friends wedding! The host was great: prompt communication, nice accommodations and great value. Would recommend!

The place is great. Unbelievably clean, convenient location, and outstanding communication. Two bummers. 1. The pool was closed despite being listed as seasonal. We stayed the second weekend of September, which is technically still summer. The weather was high 80’s. The reason we booked this stay was solely because it had a pool. When asked, they responded with the dates the pool is open, but I never saw that. In all fairness, I could have missed it, but I did book this a very long time in advance and believed seasonal meant sumner. It’s a great learning lesson for me. 2. The street, while convenient, is noisy at night. We had cars revving up their engine at night. Just something to note if you are expecting total silence. Overall, they were extremely easy to work with! I do recommend!

What happened to human contact? The place was lovely, but it was annoying not to have a human at the front desk. The location was also a little sketchy, which was compounded by the fact that there wasnt a person to talk to.

Could be more customer friendly nice place but no place to hold luggage if you get there early and was no early check in so we arrived in the morning and had to drag out roller bags around the downtown

This place was nice. We stayed two nights (had to switch units as the one we were in was not available a second night). Very nice and clean apartments. The pool is very small, so do not expect a large swimming pool. Additionally, this place does not accommodate for early check in whatsoever. So expect to check in at 3:30-4:00 and not a second earlier. Lastly, they charge you an arm and a leg if you need a late checkout. To check out at 1:00 instead of 11:00 cost us an additional $80.00. Other than that, this was a very nice place. Oh and the lobby smells like chemicals. Not sure what kind of cleaning product the staff is using, but they need to switch it up. It burns the nostrils. Rooms do not smell like that though (thank gosh).

Lovely apartment. Has everything you could want or need (it really does). Perfect for Denver and a base to go further.

Great location and nice building with secured onsite parking. It takes a minute to figure out how to get in and out of the building and parking but once we had it down we were glad to have chosen this place to stay!

A Wonderful Place to Stay A killer location and incredibly convenient to many destinations. Very walkable. Immaculate building, very spacious room that was well appointed. And Kasa is super easy to work with. Everything was very clean and like new as well. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay in Denver with a modern, clean hotel, friendly staff, and a perfect location near top attractions. I had a fantastic stay in Denver! The hotel exceeded expectations with spacious, clean, and modern rooms. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The location was ideal, close to great restaurants and popular sights. The amenities, including the fitness center and lounge, were top-notch, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience that made my trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Denver.

Varies by Room I love staying here because of the location and size of the rooms. This last stay I got an interior room that had zero cell phone reception so I was missing calls/texts unless I went by a window. Extremely frustrating.

This place was perfect. It’s pretty new construction so it feels nice, clean, and modern. The location is stellar for entertainment as well.

I love staying at Kara Union Station Denver! Having a fully stocked kitchen is awesome so I don’t have to eat out all week! And the fitness center is amazing!

Every surface was spotless. The cleaning crew made the apartment look brand new. Cleaner than any hotel or air bnb i've ever stayed at

First time staying at a Kasa property. Their communication about checkin, parking and checkout is excellent. The location to downtown Denver and all the sporting venues is excellent. The one bedroom unit was great and the pool area was a bonus. Will return to stay here again.

Kasa was the right location and place for a downtown stay in Denver. Likes: Easy check in, beautiful accommodation, perfect location to Ball Arena Dislikes: Pull out bed didn't work.

A Happy Safe Solo Traveler This was my first time in Denver, especially as a solo traveler, so safety, convenience and location needed to be everything. KASA served 10's across the boards👏🏾! Not only is Kasa is located in the most beautiful part of LoDo, it is surrounded by everything from grocery shopping and walkable to everything. As for my apartment, it was beautiful 😍. The full beautiful layout of the kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in a day and relax on the balcony till you take a dip in the beautiful infinity pool. I swam in the evening as my wind downs as the lights of the pool changed as people gravitated to their balcony making it feel much like a community. My apartment was very spacious I loved it! The lighting was perfect, soaking in the tub was another wind down highlight as it has arm rest, yes amazing little but brilliant detail not only it has a beautiful walk in closet with iron board, I was able to wash all my clothes before packing up in preparation for my departure. I will definitely stay again on my next Denver trip- it was truly a safe, I felt just like a local - Kasa, special treatment was that they were available by text, they checked on me upon my arrival to make sure I had everything I needed. Ahhh it was simply beautiful. Thank you Kasa for making me feel like a home away from home, I like to call it - Mi Casa - La Kasa❤

Like having your own apartment downtown! We stayed here for a few nights after our wedding and had a wonderful time. Easy, contactless check-in and a beautiful unit. We also enjoyed the pool and workout areas. It was like experiencing great downtown living for a few days. We will do another staycation here for sure!

Nice, but wait a year until the construction is done! Likes: Very comfortable one bedroom. Easy parking. Nice amenities Dislikes: CONSTRUCTION ALL OVER THE PLACE!!! Detours, and noise was not good

The location was excellent, the suite was modern and well-equipped (more than we needed if I would say so, so we’d be prepared for almost anything). The check in was very easy and seamless. The location is easily accessible from the union station and walkable in LoDo to check out the city’s hot spot. We didn’t stay long to check out the rooftop and pool was out of season but hopefully we can stay there again someday to check them out!

First time booking a Kasa property. Their communication via text and email is excellent. Make sure to follow all their requests to setup an account and submit vehicle info for parking before you arrive. Check-in was easy as they send detailed info with pictures. Our code for unit door didn't populate in email link but all info needed also arrived in a text. The 1 bedroom unit was excellent. We used the pool area one afternoon and really enjoyed that. The location to downtown Denver is amazing. We were there to see concerts at Coors field. Broncs stadium is walkable as well. We plan to return and stay here again.

Enjoyed staying here and seemed to be a better deal that hotels in the area. Felt similar to a hotel service but like staying in a nice one bedroom apartment with more room to breathe than a normal hotel. Location was great and convenient to navigate the city. Great spot to stay.

Clean, quiet, and convenient Likes: Clean, roomy, helpful staff, good location Dislikes: Kind of expensive, changed booking on us last minute due to maintenance issue, but made up for it with giving free parking

Amazing location, beautiful suites, easy stay- would absolutely look to stay at Kasa Union in Denver again. Likes: The location, the amenities, the easy virtual check-in! That it was a suite which is t a must for a couple but very nice! Luxurious feeling! Dislikes: Not much- like others the bed was quite firm whereas stays are usual midway between soft and firm so it’s not extreme in one direction for preference and comfort. The bedroom could benefit from curtains as the blinds let light in.

It was great!! We thought we had an outside balcony.

We loved staying here! The location is so nice, right next to a park, and is walkable to shops and food. We will definitely be back when staying in Denver!

Great location, walking from Union Station and Coors field, lots of dining options nearby. Nice park across the street, very friendly neighborhood. Room had everything you'd need, big kitchen, balcony, starbucks coffee on each floor!
