To be sure, the property is nice. Here is why I rated this with four stars: There is a tremendous amount of pre-work to rent this place, and it should be easier. They want pictures of your driver’s license, a picture of you, a picture of your credit card. The parking was the biggest hassle— the entrance is on the opposite side of the parking garage. So you have to go in, get the pass, fo back to your vehicle, then park on the bottom floor of the basement. It’s not like parking in a hotel parking lot. To their credit, the company sends a text and they respond rather quickly to any requests. The physical apartment is fabulous. It’s super comfy and nice. It would be even better if there was a corner store or pub nearby. It’s good, just not five star.
