Not great, not awful
Negatives:
I'll begin with check-in; the code we were sent for the main door would not work. We stood around outside until a resident walked in, and we followed behind into the main lobby. Check in with the kiosk was easy enough.
When we got to our room, we found started finding dust everywhere - I'm unsure if it just wasn't cleaned well or maybe it had been empty for a long period of time. One of the kitchen cabinets had someone else's leftover chips and dip in a restaurant to-go box and a half empty bag of Tostitos with a "best by" date of April 29 (We checked in mid September).
The bedside tables had pocket change laying on them. With COVID going on, it was a little unsettling that this property clearly hadn't completed any surface disinfecting since the last guest. Definitely not hotel-quality cleanliness by any means.
Positives:
The location was central to anything you may need during your stay. Within one mile, there are great restaurants, Whole Foods, a park with trails,
Union Station, and highway access if you're driving.
The privacy of the unit and balcony was great - the noise level was also low and very satisfactory.
The in-room amenities like a microwave, full-size fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher & stove came in handy.
Despite the lack of cleanliness elsewhere, the bed seemed to be made with fresh sheets and was actually quite comfortable.
Conclusion:
I probably would not opt for this place again unless the price was significantly lower.
