The place was beautiful and the host was very helpful.

Clean rooms, kitchen and utensils not so clean though, had to double check those. Decent location, however must traverse massive bridge and 3 floors of steps just to get to downtown area. About a 10-15 minute walk required before even getting into the heart of the city. I enjoyed it for the rate I got it at, however saw the prices jump drastically since then. I would NEVER pay the current rate for this place when you can get all sorts of hotel amenities for much less AND in more walkable location.

Very Quiet and close to event we were attending. First time we encountered virtual checkin/out Likes: No Continental Breakfast provided. Dislikes: Parking.

This was our first time in Kasa. The check-in was easy, once you read the instructions. The residence was clean and well-equipped. We wanted a place with a washer/dryer, stove, and full-size refrigerator, and that is what we got. I would stay with Kasa again.

Great place to stay. Extremely clean and everything thing you need. The bed could be a little more comfortable but other than that; no complaints! It was a great break from a hotel for sure.

Clean basic downtown apartment with everything you need! Nice clean centrally located apartment within walking distance of Union Station downtown. We stayed in a one bedroom with a living area and, kitchenette, and balcony. Kitchen had all the cookware and basic dishes and a full size fridge, as well as washer /dryer which we didn’t use this trip. Towels were limited and not refreshed daily. Bed was comfy. We would recommend if you’re looking for a nice.mm, safe, basic accommodation. Note: there is no lobby or live front desk - all check in is done electronically. We sound it smooth and also used the parking garage option.

Amazing stay! The place was extremely clean and spotless from top to bottom. You can tell the host really takes pride in maintaining the space. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Communication was great, and everything was seamless. We would absolutely book again!

Worst place I ever stayed at my rental Vehicle was broken into window was smash and they also charge me $250.00 for the access key that was stolen out of my vehicle first they did I didn’t have to pay for it over the phone as long as I had a police report than few days after check out I get a charge on my card called and they said there was no exception had to pay was not there problem

The apartment was fully equipped for our needs: we were able to cook, use the dishwasher, do laundry, etc. the Starbucks coffee machine in the hall for Kasa guests was a nice bonus! The apartment was clean and comfortable and very nicely decorated. It was located in a very convenient location close to many restaurants, supermarkets, union station and a park. The are felt safe to walk around in.

Clean room, nice location

Second time I have stayed at the place. Great location and nice amenities. There is a stunning park across the street. The kitchen is decently equipped. The unit is comfortable and well appointed. There are some issues with the flooring, but that didn’t impact our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything as expected very smooth stay. Constant support and they got me setup with early check in. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Kasa Uniun

the location was so convenient, especially for not having a car and needing quick access to Union Station. Having a full laundry stack was a huge perk for me as well! The space was very clean and the gym was great. I immediately looked into booking this again for my next Denver trip.

Our stay was overall quite nice. The space was clean, and the complex has convenient amenities. The coffee machine in the unit didn't work, which wasn't too big of a deal considering there's a machine on each floor.

Really enjoyed staying here. The location is convenient, the quality of the place is great, booking and check-in was easy - highly recommend and look forward to staying here again.

The place is great! I am not a fan of how corporate and impersonal the check in process felt. It’s a bit confusing and would just prefer a message from the host, not some online portal with a bunch of pages and links. The place itself was amazing, including the location, layout, and cleanliness.

Maintenance staff entered room in early morning during stay with no advance notice and was quite an uncomfortable situation to wake up to. Unfortunate.

Look exactly like pictures clean and a lot space. Host was very responsive only issue was the toilet kept breaking but the host responded very fast and fixed the problem. The location is a prime location walking distance to everythinggg 10/10 highly recommend

Easy check in and check out great location

Comfortable I really enjoyed the room and it had everything I needed, felt very clean and homey. The apartment are near the freeway and many restaurants and things to do around.

Likes: Loved the location and the apartment was clean, spacious and everything we needed for a 4 night stay in Denver. It was an amazing spot for walking to the free mall shuttle or across the bridge to Highlands with all their restaurants and coffee shops, and felt very safe at night as well. The beds were super comfortable! Dislikes: The garage clicker never did work. We got in because someone else pulled up behind us and used theirs. We tried all the "tricks" listed in the instructions, which were clearly written because others have had the same problem. I was also disappointed that the "staff" was unable to tell me if the stairs were carpeted or not. I needed to know because my dog will only go on non-slippery stairs and won't get on elevators. I ultimately had to leave her at home because I didn't have the information I needed in order to bring her along. There's no staff to reach out to before your visit, and clearly whoever was responding to my questions online had never been to the property. This is obviously the drawback of a more automated self-check -in style hotel. Despite these drawbacks, I would hands down rent this place again. It was totally worth it!

I loved the unit, I only rated it a 4/5 because one of the toilets did not flush. Everything else about the unit was wonderful and the host were nice. I would stay with them again.

Great stay in nice Denver neighborhood Great location and really nice space! We used to live in an apt right near here so it’s our favorite spot to come to when we visit the city. Being able to stay in an apt in this neighborhood is so nice!

Nice apartment-style accommodations in a quiet spot near Union statoin. Likes: Very convenient location near Union station. The unit was quite comfortable. Having a full kitchen, full sized fridge, and washer/dryer made it very easy to settle in. Having (paid) parking onsite was a nice perk as well Dislikes: The unit was really far from the main elevator. We timed it and it took 1 minute and 44 seconds at a brisk walking pace to get from the unit to the elevator bank to reach the lobby. The check-in/check-out instructions, although very detailed, were a little hard to follow.

Clean and great location.

The apartment (not a hotel room) was fine. The issue is the requirement to pay a property fee and the requirement to preregister by providing 3 pictures of me as well as a picture of my drivers license. I was told by a kasa representative this information was needed in order to run a background check on me. I feel all the above are excessive requests related to booking a hotel room for 3 days. Please issue a refund for the property fee.
