Overall, I felt the stay at Kasa was good. The Benton in San Jose was clean and quiet, although the building was not yet full and this may change over time. The parking was on a different level from the apartment, which was somewhat inconvenient, but it was off street and safe. At check-in, our apartment was lacking adequate towels, no wash cloths, and some kitchen utensils that would have been nice. The bed was also entirely too firm (felt like a wooden plank) and would have been quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, we were able to change rooms quickly and the bed in the next apartment was much better. The water pressure was also sorely lacking.
On the positive side, the apartment was calm, new, and lovely. The roof deck was a huge plus. Overall, I would consider staying here again, but it would depend on pricing and other available options. Once the building is full, I suspect the internal noise will increase and it may not be ideal for pets.
