Pool was closed the whole time we were there said nothing about it on the booking, had to park farther away cause they were redoing the parking lot were not accommodated. Pressure washer was pressure washing the building while we were there had water coming through doors and windows. Kitchen had ants, toilet and master bedroom barely flushed. Whole unit smelled musty upon arrival.

Towed my car after saying they had parking while I was gone for an emergency and would not tell me where is was or respond for upwards of 24 hours. Crazy building stuff such as pressure washing and lots of maintenance that became my problem when there was a ton of water in the apartment. Not at all worth it there are many better places to stay.

Really unfortunate stay. We came down with our 9 week year old to relax by the pool. The pool was under construction the entire stay. Our stay started 4/9. Construction for the pool started 3/30. Kasa did not inform us the pool would be unavailable until AFTER we checked in on the evening of 4/9. I asked for a refund and got met with silence. Additionally, the parking lot was under construction. If you’ve ever traveled with a baby you understand how stressful it already is with the amount of gear you have. Again, they didn’t inform us of this until AFTER we checked in. Lastly, apt is a 3 story walk up. No elevator. Super unfortunate as I wish they would have done the right thing and granted our refund due to the misinformation and we could have stayed somewhere with a pool and a elevator. Ruined our trip. Terrible communication.

Property was as described and very convenient location within the community. Apartment and kitchen were fully equipped. Overall, the community is a bit lacking in maintenance & cleaning. For example pet waste bins were very full and smelly, hallways had litter, in my unit the ceiling fan pull chain did not function. Those issues non-withstanding, I would stay here again.

We came to FL for a vacation from northern New England expecting to enjoy some time in the pool. Ten minutes before check-in, I received a text with instructions and informing me that the pool was closed for four weeks. I find it hard to believe that Kasa was not aware of this prior to the day we checked in. I would have definitely chosen another place with a working pool.

We arrived and the room had hair on the floor and bugs all over, tv had a hole in it and some of the walls had holes in it and were dirty. We contacted the hotel to find out what can be done and to see if we can get a refund as this was not what we expected to stay in and they didn’t respond for 6 hours. It was gross unprofessional and we will never be back. Debating on calling the health department because it was just so gross. DO NOT STAY HERE. When the finally responded they only offered a $50 cleanliness refund.

Had a booking here. Got an email about 45 minutes before check in saying that all of the pools were closed due to resurfacing. Was on my way here with my family and two children. The pool was the primary reason I booked the hotel. The really terrible part was that even though the email was sent 30 minutes before my check it, it said that the pool closure began 4 days ago. Seemed pretty obvious to me that they delayed the email to prevent me switching my reservation, on this non-refundable reservation. Overall my experience from them is that they are sneaky and untrustworthy. I would never book with this hotel agin and would encourage everyone to find a more trustworthy option.

The units pictured had nice views of lake/nature with upper floor large patios. Our first floor unit looked out into parking lot and the patio was less than expected. The price was high in late March so this was a little disappointing. Furnishings were basic compared to photos online but that was noted in the listing. The bright lights from parking lot do come into the blinds, but thanks to another review, we brought temporary blackout shades. That was key!

Disappointing and sad Likes: Nothing Dislikes: It was sparse and sad. We had two kids under 4 and I got several messages saying the kids were loud but it was before 7 pm and it made us feel extremely unwelcome. If noise is a concern, I’d recommend some rugs but because it was sparsely decorated the rooms echoed. No coffee machine which is criminal. Pool closed the days we were there and not directly advertised as such.

Definitely recommend! The location is great, I would definitely stay there again. The listing was very accurate. Everything was clean. We didn’t use all of the amenities, but kids loved the pool. If I’m being picky I think more towels should be available at check in for those with longer stays. However, a quick text after I checked in and extra towels arrived at my door in about 30 minutes. The service was very responsive.
