10/10 Exceptional
(Translated by Google) I highly recommend this place! I want to stay here again. I stayed in a Deluxe Studio King for 5 nights.
I chose this accommodation because I wanted to stay comfortably like a local in a spacious room rather than a cramped hotel room, and it was a truly great choice.
There was a misunderstanding during the booking process, so we exchanged many requests and inquiries. I was truly touched by how kindly you helped and went out of your way to find a solution. Thanks to your help, I was able to start my New York trip happily, which could have otherwise ended on a sour note.
Since I chose a room with a full kitchen, it was fun cooking various dishes with ingredients I bought at the supermarket.
There is a washing machine and dryer on the 6th floor, which is convenient. It cost $2.50 per machine per use.
The Charging Bull, Battery Park, Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 Memorial Park, Pier 17, Brooklyn Bridge, and Whole Foods Market are all within walking distance. There are also many subway stations nearby, so you can get to Midtown quickly. Trinity Church is very close, so be sure to attend the Sunday morning service. In particular, be sure to visit the bar called Overstory on the 63rd floor. The view was really nice, so I had a fun time finishing my trip!
Highly recommend this hotel! I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were always incredibly kind and helpful, and they went above and beyond to find a solution for me. I was truly touched by their hospitality. Thanks to their help, I was able to start my New York trip on a positive note. Without their assistance, my trip could have gotten off to a very stressful start.
Having a full kitchen was a huge plus. I really enjoyed buying groceries and cooking my own meals during my stay.

Full kitchen
Highly recommend this hotel! I would definitely stay here again.
