Superbe séjour Dislikes: Nous avons été très agréablement surpris. L’appartement pour 6 personnes est génial, très bien équipé (cuisine fonctionnel, coin repas, 2 salles de bain), spacieux et très propre. Conforme à la description et au photos. Le logement est très bien situé et à proximité du métro.

We had an excellent stay at Kasa Living at 70 Pine Street in New York City. The location was perfect — very close to subway stations, restaurants, and major attractions, which made traveling around Manhattan very convenient with family and kids. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially liked the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful building, and the overall organization of the property. One thing we really appreciated was how quiet the place was — despite being in Manhattan, there was very little noise, which made the stay very relaxing and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the staff/support team was responsive and helpful whenever needed. The amenities were very useful for a longer stay, and the stay felt safe and comfortable throughout our trip. Considering the location, room quality, and amenities provided, it was truly great value for money compared to many other options in Manhattan. It was a great experience overall, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New York City.

We loved staying at Mint House / 70 Pine. The location is amazing and the apartment was probably one of the nicest that we have ever stayed in NYC. We will certainly plan on coming back.

I stayed for two nights while in New York City for business and had a great experience. I stayed in a Studio King apartment-style room, which was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. It genuinely made me feel like s resident of the city. The location was extremely convenient, especially given our meetings took place on-site. The multiple restaurants and bars were a nice offering, and having a solid bodega within the building was a big plus. The front desk team members were lovely. Upon arrival they were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They made the check-in process easy! Overall, I enjoyed excellent accommodations, great service, and a perfect location. I would absolutely stay here again!

Okay stay

This location FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. It had so much space. We were able to have company during our stay. Loved that tea and coffee were provided and that the housekeeping staff did our dishes each day! THAT was worth every penny by itself!! We hope to stay at another kasa property in the future.

Mint House at 70 Pine is situated in a beautiful building in downtown Manhattan and is exceptionally well located. Public transport is close by, with the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, excellent restaurants and the Staten Island Ferry all within easy reach. The rooms are modern and thoughtfully designed, while the ample space — something of a premium in Manhattan — was greatly appreciated

We enjoyed our getaway. The location was perfect for us to get around to the local shops/restaurants, but also subway. Staff were always super friendly and helpful. Kids have zero complaints about the pullout couches. I particularly enjoyed having washer/dryer access. Second bathroom was a blessing for our family of six.

Likes: Grand appartement moderne, propre et confortable (literie impeccable), très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge,...). Ménage fait tous les jours. Vaisselle propre dans le lave vaisselle chaque fin de journée. Supérette en bas de l'immeuble avec beaucoup de choix. Proximité immédiate Ground zéro, Départ Statue de la liberté, et pont de Brooklyn. Plusieurs stations de métro à proximité pour rejoindre le centre de Manhattan rapidement. Dislikes: Rien

Likes: Nagyon tágas, tiszta és jól felszerelt. Dislikes: A kihúzható kanapé nagyon kényelmetlen volt. A tv-t nem tudtuk használni, nem találtunk tájékoztatót róla.

Likes: Goede locatie, dichtbij metro. Heel ruim appartement waardoor je niet op elkaars lip hoeft te zitten met een gezin. Mooi ingericht. Goed tweepersoonsbed, daarnaast nog een slaapbank. Meerdere locaties voor eten dichtbij, aangezien je ook een eettafel/keuken hebt, zeer geschikt om eten af te halen. Dislikes: We zaten op de 6e verdieping; leek erg rustig en goed geïsoleerd. We kwamen er de laatste dagen achter dat de isolatie tussen de appartementen zeer beperkt was aangezien we de halve nacht een baby hoorde huilen en een klein kind hoorde rondrennen in het appartement naast ons.

Likes: Posizione nel contesto urbano, eccellente e comoda alle stazioni della metropolitana Wall Street e Fulton; servizi presso la struttura (caffetteria, supermarket, ristoranti); dimensioni dell'appartamento e dotazioni di arredo e attrezzature; letto matrimoniale king size comodissimo, cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie, giradischi, maxi televisore e poltrone di design. Super anche la gentilezza del personale della reception e il servizio di deposito bagagli. Dislikes: Tutto è andato molto bene. Gli unici aspetti da segnalare sono: il divano letto scricchiola appena; per due giorni non sono stati forniti gli asciugamani in camera, ma la reception è molto gentile e disponibile a rimediare prontamente.

great place to stay in NYC.

We have stayed here numerous times over the past few years. And while the property now feels a bit more like an AirBnB versus a “4Stsr Hotel” as claimed, we have continued to book given their rates and room size/styling have always been more than reasonable. And the staff onsite are also very friendly and helpful. We experienced some communication issues with their AI-driven customer service email module when attempting to change our most recent reservation following a family emergency, leading to some significant frustration. But the property GM reached out a week later to resolve our concerns. In doing so, he has won back our faith in this property. So, even though the company (aka, KASA) as a whole has changed their Pet Policy, no longer welcoming travelers w/Cats, we will return to Mint House in Lower Manhattan when our travel plans permit.

Felt like we were living the dream and in an art deco building to boot! Likes: Was blown away by the space - just the kind of apartment you see in films about Wall St - very well kitted out and supremely comfortable - absolutely loved it! Fantastic shop in the basement also!

Amazing stay at the Mint house Likes: Very clean, extremely large rooms with lots of storage areas and very comfortable beds. Quality sheets and everything worked great. Towels were provided and the room was cleaned daily. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Very close to a subway entrance. Dislikes: Sometimes the comforter cover was just 2 sheet covers instead of a proper cover. There also isn't really a view from the apartment. Otherwise everything was amazing.

Super Apartment!! Würde ich immer wieder empfehlen - tolle Lage, 24/7 Rezeption - man fühlt sich wie in einem klassischen Hotel!! Dafür aber ein top Preis!!

Great place

Our stay at Mint House 70 Pine was absolutely phenomenal! The beautiful spacious two-bedroom apartment gave our family of four plenty of room to relax and recharge before and after the TD Five Boro Bike Tour. The individual temperature controls for each bedroom and a full kitchen made our weekend incredibly comfortable and convenient. The amenities and location were fantastic, we were within walking distance to ferries, endless restaurants, and shops. Being right in the Financial District meant we could easily navigate the city for exploring and sightseeing. This Airbnb has five on-site restaurants; we only made it to the Black Fox coffee shop, but it was phenomenal. We experienced incredibly kind and accommodating staff at both the coffee shop and the hotel. Self check-in was seamless, and the extra space made it the perfect home base. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in New York! Thank you, Team Kasa, for helping making our NYC trip so wonderful. We’ll be back!!

Loved this hotel! It’s beautiful, the staff is friendly, great location, spacious and clean rooms with many amenities. And it’s the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

The place was way bigger than expected, especially for the location. Everyone was super helpful, it was perfect for a family of 4 with two different sleeping spaces and we were able to walk to tons of restaurants, tourist spots and public transportation. Would highly recommend to someone else and stay again ourselves.
