Increíble! Likes: Super recomendable!!!! Volvería sin dudarlo. Habitaciones modernas, espaciosas, limpias. Todo impecable!!! Excelente ubicación. Cerca de medios de transporte. Hasta hay un supermercado abajo.

Solid 4! We were very surprised by how huge our junior suite was (450 sq ft!), especially by NYC standards. Surprisingly quiet too up on the 5th floor. What could be improved are: get keycards instead of the tedious code punching. make reception easier to find when entering from Pine St. (Signage) The TV was the worst of all. Cheap smart tv that was nearly impossible to sign into, no live tv, and the worst remote ever invented. Needs an upgrade ASAP. We ended up just watching movies on our iPad out of frustration. Will return tho! *edit - 7 months later I returned for another stay. About the same as before but dismayed that none of the suggestions I made were implemented by the hotel; tv is still terrible (and buffers at the worst moments), the shower is so-so (partly broken dials), and the hotel didn’t inform us that workers were using lifts outside the windows and surprised us while relaxing in our room. The annoying thing was forgetting to replace our towels which we discovered only after showering.

Too many codes Likes: The location is fantastic if you want to be close to the financial district, which we did. It's also close to lots of subway stops, so really everything is close by. The staff is very friendly and the room is nice. Dislikes: I don't like the constant need for codes. You need a code to get the elevator to move and then another one for your room. If your hands are full, you'll never make it. Also, I didn't like 2 steps up to get into the bathroom. It's very inconvenient in the middle of the night. It would help if there was some kind of night light in the bathroom. We also did not receive maid service for the 3 days we were there.

Really enjoyed our stay for a family of four. It was a great location for our visit to lower manhattan. We were in walking distance to 911 memorial, ferry for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island. Also lots of great restaurants a short walk form the Airbnb.

The staff is very welcoming and professional. The room very clean. I was disappointed with the bathroom products as they used to be Malin+Goetz and now are substandard. The codes to the elevator and room are way too long and different so challenging to remember. For the price point, I may look at other options when in the city next time.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right next to a subway station. The room is spacious and clean with good amenities. The hotel is responsive to requests via text messaging. We will definitely stay here again.

Alex and T were absolutely amazing! They handled all my needs, and got me an extra night with zero problems. They were happy to assist with storing my luggage and had it brought up to the room. If you like having a massive sized room in NY city, with the best accommodation I definitely recommend you stay here.

So Glad I Found Mint House! I found Mint House by accident, and I’m so glad I did! I had booked four other accommodations before this, but ended up canceling all of them. I really wanted a place with a microwave and fridge, imagine my shock when I found out it also had a dishwasher! The location is great, with Crown Shy, Sage, and Overstory nearby. The staff were fantastic. I requested an early check-in, and they were able to accommodate me three hours early! They were also very responsive to all of my questions. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Overall it’s an excellent hotel with a great vibe, large amounts of space and clean. However some spots were missed in the last clean and when I first got to the hotel, there were hairs on the toilet seat, crumbs on the kitchen floor, sticky residue on the kitchen table that I assume was from spilled soda and a black stain on the floor. But the bed was clean, the room overall was comfortable and I would definitely recommend it.

The TV system is useless. Unless you sign in to a pre-existing account or sign up for one, you can’t get the most basic local channels

The only complaint I have is at about 230 maybe 3:30 in the morning trucks down on the street below made a lot of noise for about an hour. Hard to sleep for a bit but other than that great

Friendly staff and great accommodations Likes: Spacious unit for family of 4. Convenient location to battery park and wall st. Good food options nearby. Front staff super friendly. Dislikes: Hard to find the front door with all the scaffolding.

Très bon séjour, prestation de qualité. Likes: Propreté, emplacement, confort. Dislikes: Staff a l’accueil parfois un peu trop dilettante par rapport au prix de la prestation. Coût de la prestation. Appartement manque un peu de luminosité.

C’è di meglio Likes: Struttura molto nuova e posizione ottima. La stanza era molto grande, cosa rara per questa città. Anche il bagno molto spazioso con doppio lavandino Dislikes: Da una struttura che si eleva come la migliore di nyc, mi aspettavo un servizio diverso, decisamente migliore. Partendo dal fatto che fossi andata il primo giorno a chiedere le posate, perché la stanza le prevedeva poiché presente anche il microonde: come avrei dovuto mangiare il cibo scaldato? Io boh. Secondo, non hanno cambiato penso mai i bicchieri, sempre sporchi della colazione, abbiamo dovuto farlo presene svariate volte e comunque li hanno lasciati macchiati di latte della colazione; al che li abbiamo lavati con il sapone per le mani (lascio voi trarre le conclusioni). Gli asciugamani dopo il terzo li hanno ridotti ad 1 a testa, anche lì doversi lamentare alla reception. Polvere abbastanza onnipresente in stanza. Non penso riprenderei la stessa decisione di alloggiarci se non per la posizione.

We had an awesome stay at Mint house! Super comfortable and spacious apartment, with plenty of storage space. It's in a great location, lots of cafes, cool bars and shops nearby including a really nice cafe & eatery downstairs! We really liked the area as its close enough to all the action of NYC but its also relatively chill and safe at night. We loved it! Would definitely stay again.

Unique stay. Large studio with full kitchen and great touches. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend. Front desk responded quickly to a noise issue.

I absolutely loved everything about our Kasa in NYC. It was our first time visiting NY and staying at mint house was just perfect. The information provided about the area was perfect. The building has great facilities and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. We used the virtual assistant to help us book a taxi to the airport and the service and attention was outstanding. We'll definitely use Kasa every time we come to the States.

Excelente Likes: Espaçoso, cómodo , moderno , inserido num edifício icónico com um lindo rooftop e situado numa zona ótima com muitos pontos turísticos acessíveis a pé . Linhas de metro perto e um supermercado muito próximo da entrada do alojamento. Tinha cozinha o que nos permitia preparar algumas refeições rápidas e tomar o pequeno almoço confortavelmente. Éramos 3 pessoas e ficamos muito bem instalados no estúdio que era muito grande ! Dislikes: Gostei de tudo

Likes: The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was nice and arranged for us to check in early as requested. When we didn't have enough towels, I sent a message via the booking.com app, the property replied immediately, and housekeeping delivered towels within 30 minutes.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. I came with my family for my sons 17th birthday. Every single thing about it was outstanding! Beautiful room in a wonderful area. Very clean and super quiet, tons of closet space, staff was excellent, bed was extremely comfortable and the room was huge!! Probably one of the best I've ever stayed in. I can't wait to come back. New York was amazing and the room made it just that much better. 10 stars.

Mint house is a great apartment room style hotel. The rooms are huge, these are the biggest hotel rooms I've ever been in. There is so much storage room as well as multiple closets and even a small room for suitcases, hanging coats and our stroller. We are a family of 4 (2 kids aged 7 and 2) and the rooms are exactly what we needed. Although there is no baby cot, the room is equipped with 2 massive beds, one for us and the other for both of our kids. The kitchen is great and the TV has everything needed. There is a full size dinner table and check in was a breeze. The room has a code as well as the elevators to prevent unauthorized access. The hallways were very quiet and we were able to sleep peacefully on the comfy mattresses. The subway station is 2 minutes away, so you have very easy access to the city. The only complaint I have is the view, it's to an adjacent building that is undergoing some construction.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel in NYC, and it keeps exceeding expectations. Spotless, perfectly located, and the rooms are always spacious.

We were so thrilled with our studio apt at Mint House. The building, the room, the atmosphere- all amazing. The fabulous T on Reception couldn’t have been lovelier or more eager to help- and deserves a raise. The location was so intrinsic to the joy of our stay- right in the heart of the Financial District and a short subway ride to all the hot spots! Thank you again Mint house- and particularly to ‘T’ for making our stay so memorable. We shall return! 🗽❤️

We were very fortunate to call Mint House at 70 Pine our home away from home during our unforgettable family trip in New York! I honestly cannot think of a reason why you would not stay here.. (yes it's pricey, but everything Manhattan is expensive). We had the Accessible King 1-Bedroom suite and it was h-u-g-e! Giant master bedroom, kids slept on the sofa bed in the living room (it did make some annoying noises when lying and turing in the bed, the place is so big, it could easily fit a proper extra queen bed instead of the sofa bed, this is the only complaint to be honest), we had 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Reception was available 24/7 and every day the room was cleaned, so it was a joy to come back after a long day of New York. Location couldn't be better: we loved the FiDi area! Overall very clean and safe and within walking distance to everything you need, some FiDi hotspots (9/11 memorial, WTC, Stock Exchange, ferrys to see the statue of liberty, Oculus, shops etc), excellent grocery stores (new Whole Foods on Broadway was nice), coffee places (we loved Maman and Black Fox), restaurants (grab a burger at Bill's) and metro stations around the corner to quickly access everything New York has to offer. Thanks Mint House & Kasa for being part of our trip and see you again in the future!

A great place for friends and families that’s very affordable! It’s a 5 !! Will come back for sure! It was clean and very spacious! In a convenient location downtown and walkable to everything..The building is quiet, The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable !!! I honestly wish I would have looked at what kind of mattress it is!

Un 10! Likes: El apartamento era muy espacioso, nuevo y con estilo. Éramos 4 adultos y estuvimos muy a gusto, con 2 baños (esperábamos uno), armarios para todos y aunque 2 dormimos en sofá cama fue bastante cómodo. Cada día venían a limpiar y nos reponían el café. Estación de metro al lado donde podías llegar a Times square en 15 minutos. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a alojarme. Dislikes: Por poner alguna pega, el agua de la ducha no tenía mucha presión.

Weekend getaway. Great location - close to subway, shops and restaurants. Apartment style rooms, including a full kitchen. Great service and attention to detail from the staff. Very nice building with a great rooftop restaurant and bar.
