8/10 Very good
We had a wonderful stay at 70 Pine! The apartment-style rooms are located in a beautiful, art deco style building. The streets on all sides, including Pine Street itself, are narrow, which means they are not heavily trafficked and quiet for NYC, which was such a blessing.
In terms of size, the photos don’t quite seem to do it justice. When you walk in, there is a round, four person table on the left in a little nook, and the first bathroom immediately on your right, before you walk into a nice sized kitchen, and a large living room/dining room, with a table that easily sits six. My kids and I slept out in the living room area on the pullout couch very comfortably, while my parents slept in the enormous bedroom, which also had an unbelievable amount of closets and its own private bathroom.
For the price, I did expect it to be a little more luxurious in terms of finishings and furniture… everything was clean, but on the cheaper side. But that was the only downside.
