Najlepszy hotel w Nowym Jorku z cudownym personelem!

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. I really appreciated their patience and the hotel was stunning. I will definitely be recommending this property!

Beautiful place, clean and bigger than the pictures portray which was nice surprise. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect NYC stay in Wall Street Likes: Room was excellent, amenities are top notch. Everything was very clean and spacious, and the building itself is located very close to a bunch of subway stations so you can easily get around. The bed was so comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, it was one of our best stays in NYC. Dislikes: It's very small, but having a code for the elevator as well as the code wasn't too private, especially when joining an elevator with other people, who can see the code you're entering. I'd rather have a physical key, but that's very minor and personal. The room, the hotel, the whole stay was absolutely perfect.

Great location, nice staff, convenient and clean Likes: I loved the fact the staff was always available. Check-in/out was very smooth. Building offers everything you need in terms of food. In additional, having the apartment cleaned every day was very nice. Laundry works well and apartment was very nice and comfortable. Dislikes: There could be a separate bed for my child. He had to sleep with us...

Uitstekend! Likes: De enorme ruimte die wij in ons appartement hadden. Aanvankelijk kregen wij de verkeerde kamer maar dit is keurig hersteld. Meer dan dat zelfs. Mijn complimenten!

Loved the spacious room, great size for a family of 4. There was a throw blanket that was so soft and warm and the shower gel was Amazing! Love that you can easily "shop your stay" because we now have these items in our home. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient and the grocery store on the ground level was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We absolutely recommend!

Recommended! Likes: Luxurious apartment, great location near subway, 24h reception that provided us with coffee in the middle of the night (jetlag). Unexpectedly calm, only some sounds from traffic but the w8ndiws are thick so joth8ng t9 complain about. The view from our room was also great. Great value for money.

One of the best stays I’ve had in New York if not the best. The space in the rooms are amazing considering it’s New York. Definitely my go to for all future stays

Definitely worth the stay Likes: Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent customer service. After more than 24 hr flight we arrived and T accommodated early check in and made us feel so welcome. We even received breakfast vouchers. I would highly recommend to friends. Dislikes: None

Loved the spaciousness which was important for us as we had many pieces of luggage. Service was good but a bit spotty; checking in with Zahir (? Not sure if I got his name right) was amazing; he helped bring up our luggage up from Cedar Street as we were parked there, and was warm and friendly, even asking proactively if we’d like the pull out couch opened up. Can’t say the same for one of the ladies at the front desk who answered questions like a robot (to the extent it seemed like she thought our questions were silly and wasting her time) and completely lacked warmth. The room furnishings and amenities were great, but for a touted tech forward hotel, found it odd that I couldn’t cast videos from my phone onto the tv. Or maybe I didn’t figure out the controls properly 😝 Has all the necessary apps to log in though including Netflix and Disney. Only minor complaint is that the toilet facilities don’t quite compare to the rest of the room and was the one let-down; uses shower curtains (ick), and didn’t feel quite clean or perhaps needs some sprucing up as the grouting has turned dark/dirty looking; the refillable shower foam pump had ick dark mould around the nozzle. The shower also felt a bit weak even at max pressure. Location wise was good; just a ten min walk or less to WTC and the train station is right there as well. The building Mint House I situated in is a beautiful art deco building that also houses two Michelin star restaurants; Saga and Crown Shy. One of the best coffee places I’ve tried in NYC, Black Fox is also in the building and was our go to for breakfast every morning.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. The area has alot of food and bars. I enjoyed my stay!

Likes: Really nice property. We ended up renting an apartment with a kitchenette, which was more than enough space and facilities for anything we could’ve imagined.

I really want to gate-keep this place so hopefully it won’t be either a. Sold out next time or b. Their rates will skyrocket. Anyway it’s really an amazing building in Fidi with historic charm - and I am writing this not ai btw - we checked in early no problem - tried to sleep in goose comforter but I almost drowned in sweat so - no problem - they brought up a different blanket - fancy pressed coffee maker - no problem - instructions for everything was right next to the unit - record player? No problem - you want that Beastie Boys vinyl to take upstairs with you from our lobby? No problem 😉 only thing I would change are the linens - towels / robe sooooo stiff or maybe use less starch - this didn’t go along with all the other cool details you have - full kitchen - huge rooms - clean bathrooms - and sound system. *Also a bonus- subway to soho across the street Cheers!!!

Merci beaucoup, je recommande ! Dislikes: La femme de ménage qui a prit plus de serviettes qu'elle n'en a remis, surement par peur de nos petits chiens qu'on a prit dans nos bras le temps qu'elle était là, mais ce n'est pas bien grave. N'hésitez pas à fouiller dans les nombreux dressing, il y a ce qu'il faut (serviette, peignoirs etc ...)

Likes: La location è straordinaria, all'interno di un grattacielo art decò , camere belle, grandi organizzate, cucina stupenda. Dislikes: Le pulizie giornaliere non sono alla altezza, è capitato che non le facessero, per errore forse.....
