Our stay at the Mint House was unforgettable! Great location! The staff were friendly, room and bathroom were very specious, beyond comfortable and beautifully designed. We had everything we needed even a dishwasher and a record player. Having a supermarket on the basement level was very helpful. Great for short and long stays. The rooftop bar has one of the greatest views of NYC. So hope to be back for a longer say!

下次纽约之行一定会再次住在这里。 Likes: 酒店的位置太棒了，晚上周边很安静，房间很大，真的很大！有厨房设施，这点实在是太棒了。周边也非常方便，尤其是很棒的食品超市。还有洗衣房真的是太方便了，尤其是夏天。 Dislikes: 空调机的声音真的有点响，但第二天晚上也就适应了。还有就是洗碗机的洗涤块没有及时补充。

Excellent - Was a wonderful apartment used for grandson's first trip to NYC Likes: Space provide was great, location super very nice kicthen. Turntable with vinal to play in the room very nice! Dislikes: Dining room Chairs not nice to sit on,,,,

Very large suite for nyc standards Likes: Very comfortable suite for a group - quite large and has all the amenities you need. The bed was exquisite! Dislikes: A bit dark in the room but not much of an issue for me.

Wanted to be close to the center of NY. I got what I needed for me and my family.

Our home away from home This is our go-to hotel for family trips to NYC. It is convenient to several subway lines and the ferries. Pus, we love the Seaport area and access to Brooklyn. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. Plus, we love the record players in the room and loaner record and book collection. During our stay we like to stop by the lobby to swap out albums.

Everything was perfect! Just note that if you planned on going to the rooftop, its not affiliated to the Mint House... Its a trendy bar/restaurant that charges a 100$ min per person!

Fabulous Hotel Stay! The space is to die for. Likes: Spacious, clean, modern & everything you need. I really appreciate the quiet of this room, never any unexpected noises. My number one pet peeve of hotel stays is housekeeping knocking on doors in the morning and loud hallway chatter, none of this at Mint House! The check in staff were very helpful. We had an excellent stay. Dislikes: Signage for the property. More obvious signage would be nice.

Likes: Service hotelier. Proche du metro. Bien équipé. Spacieux Dislikes: Bruit du frigo. Bruit de la rue

Habe selten in New York ein so großes Zimmer gehabt Likes: Es gab vor allem viel Platz und eine stylische Einrichtung Dislikes: Leider kein Parkplatz zum Ein und Ausladen. Das Personal ist super, könnte aber Unterstützung bekommen und eine zweite Toilette statt dem begehbaren Kleiderschrank wäre überragend

Estadia de calidad. Likes: La calidad, el diseño, los espacios, todo. El detalle del pasadiscos, el cafe de autor, los detalles de decoración. Dislikes: Nada en particular. La zona esta en obras y por la mañana temprano comienzan los ruidos.

Ruim en rustig gelegen appartement in NYC! Likes: Rustige ligging, vlakbij de metro Wall Street, groot appartement met mooi uitgeruste keuken en 2 badkamers. Dislikes: Het sofabed was niet echt comfortabel en kraakte van zodra je bewoog.

A home away from home! Likes: What a great stay. It was a home away from home. Being with a family of 2 teenagers it was the best option for us. We could make our own food as the kitchen was a good size and had most things to cook a meal. Decoration was very stylish and dining table was big. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very large. In fact our appartment was much larger than most apartments in New York. We booked the One Bedroom Deluxe in order to have 2 sofa beds (one for each teenager) for the week. It cost a bit more than 2 hotel rooms, but was worth the money. In the evening we played cards or watched a movie together. There is an excellent supermarket right underneath the hotel. The staff was amazing; very friendly and helpful. Especially Robert helped us with an administrative issue and fixed it within the hour. He was great! Dislikes: There were many cupboards in the appartment, so plenty of storage. It would have been handy to have a chest of drawers in the bedroom. Most cupboards were for hanging clothes. but not a big deal!

Completely screwed over my family. Canceled our full booking even though Expedia was clear that we still needed our rooms the next night. Got there with my five kids and said sorry we re-booked both our rooms. Response: it's interesting how you all screwed up and got rid of our reservations for "both" nights. Not like yall didn't end up collecting double those nights. Expedia forwarded your messaging about our stay for the second night. We got in late and you took our rooms from us. Liars

Great for families Likes: Mint House occupies a space (floors 2-6)that is otherwise a condominium in FiDi. To that end, there are many room configurations, and we stayed in 2 different ones when part of the family joined for the second half of our stay. Our first room was large with an amazing bathroom and a functional kitchenette. The second was huge, had a complete kitchen with full sized refrigerator and range, but more dated bathroom. Both were equipped with a lovely pour over coffee service with delicious Black Fox Coffee, which has a store front in the building’s lobby. It was hard to gauge how big the hotel was, as there was always only one person at the reception desk. But everyone that I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. Despite what seemed to be a smaller operation, when we called for extra towels and creamer, each time house keeping responded really fast. Bottom line: Mint House was a great stay and amazing value. It’s close to Fulton Station with lines to access all parts of the city, and waterways to access other boroughs too, making FiDi a good place to make home base for a NYC vacay. Dislikes: Was a bit hard to find entrance to the building

Excellent property This was an extremely nice hotel. The rooms were huge with a full kitchen, full fridge and spacious sleeping area. The building itself was beautiful particularly the lobby and the fitness center was one of the better ones I’ve used at any hotel in Manhattan throughout my Many stays there. Highly recommended.

Comodo ed ampio appartamento vicino Wall Street Likes: Miniappartamento spazioso e fornito di tutto, con comoda fermata della metro a breve distanza, pulizia giornaliera e supermercato al piano terra del palazzo molto comodo! Dislikes: Zona non centralissima, assenza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie in camera, forniture essenziali (caffè, sale, accessori lavastoviglie, detersivi, saponi etc) minimi.

C'était top continuer Likes: J'ai bcq aimé surtout le passage de ménage chaque jour. Mais je souhaite qu'il ait un service de concierge. Mais c'était trop bien Dislikes: Service de concierge qui manque avec nos bagages c'était trop difficile surtout qu'on avait des petits enfants

The staff was very friendly from before check-in with all of our questions and on site as well. The rooms were very stylish and comfortable. Wish we could the stayed longer!

We didn’t know what to expect at Mint House but the accommodation far surpassed our expectations. The building is beautiful, the room was immaculate and very spacious (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom). The location was great to explore downtown and the staff were friendly, helpful and our whole party would highly recommend visiting.

Mint House has its price - but it’s worth it. Everything as described, enough space, well equipped and comfortable beds. Gym is very clean and well equipped as well. Great grocery around the corner (same building). 👍

Super appart Likes: La localisation, le confort, la chambre spacieuse, l'équipement, le calme, parfait pour 4 personnes. Nous avons très bien dormi. Aucun bruit entre les chambres et aucun bruit venant de l'extérieur. La cuisine super pratique pour les petits déjeuners et dîners après une journée intense dans les rue de New York. Dislikes: La baignoire pas très pratique. Une douche aurait été mieux.

Beautiful hotel, prime location, high ceilings, felt like a high end apartment

The marvellous appartement in a prestigious classy building allowed us to have a wonderful time. Likes: The location in a prestigious classy building was a very pleasant surprise. The view from the bar at the top floor is stunning. Having a supermarket in the basement is extremely convenient. The location cannot be better than this if you want to visit Manhattan and Brooklyn. Dislikes: That we had to leave to go home, for the rest no complaints what so ever.

Likes: The bed was soooo comfy! We also enjoyed the wonderful service and welcoming from the front desk! Thx Rob for the cocktail Voucher! 🍸 we had another cocktail on the rooftop. Stunning views! Dislikes: The appartment is very dark and only has one window. Unfortunately the windows are thin and so you hear everything going on outside. Therfore sleep wasn't the best.
