The reception staff was unprofessional, as it was a different person every day, and no one knew anything when you asked about something. Be careful with the prices and the holdbacks! Upon arrival, they held the same amount as the reservation on our card, even though we had already paid for it! And be careful at checkout, because they add things you'll never be able to try. They told us we'd smoked in the room and charged us €1,000 out of hand. Not at the counter, though, but once we were in Spain, when we couldn't return the money. We never got to try it. Not at all recommended, and it's not cheap at all. They're not Family Friends at all, so don't go with the family if you don't want to get ripped off. Nos alojamos toda la familia (5 personas) en un apartamento. El personal de recepción nada profesional, pues cada día era una persona diferente y nadie sabía nada cuando preguntabas por algo. Ojo con los precios y las retenciones de dinero!!! Al llegar nos retuvieron en la tarjeta el mismo importe de la reserva habiéndola ya pagado!!! Y cuidado en el Check out pq te meten cosas que nunca podrás probar. Nos dijeron que habíamos fumado en la habitación y nos cobraron 1000€ por la cara. Pero no en el mostrador, sino una vez ya en España que no pudimos devolver el importe. Nunca pudimos probarlo. Nada recomendable, encima que no es nada barato. No son nada Family Friends, así que no vayáis con la familia si no queréis que os timen. Fotos muy bien hechas, pero luego llegas y nada que ver, están sucias las moquetas y el hotel es muy oscuro.
