Excellent spacious upscale hotel - long term stay. It was a spacious suit, with large kitchen, large sitting room area, even a turntable. Rare find for Manhattan. Would come again!

Brilliant stay for lower Manhattan. A gem! Likes: Great staff and the location is brilliant. The rooms are huge. The facilities including the wifi, TV, music etc. were excellent. There are great stores, eateries nearby and all the lower manhattan sights are within walking distance. Dislikes: Hmmm... tough to think of something I didn't like. I thought the place & the staff were brilliant!

We had a wonderful stay at Mint House At 70 Pine. The location was awesome, and the place was clean and well kept, room service was great! Couldn’t have asked for more.

Au niveau de la salle de bain, les serviettes sont à disposition tous les jours ainsi que gel douche shampoing et après shampoing, sèche-cheveux, mouchoirs... La literie est top, très confortable. Chambres climatisées. Le personnel de l'accueil est hyper sympa. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans un local avant notre départ à l'aéroport. As a family of 5, we split between 2 units and it was perfect. Likes: The rooms are very spacious for NYC standards. The location is perfect as it is central to shops, offices and the subway. South St Seaport and Brooklyn Bridge are less than 10 mins walk. Dislikes: No issues.

Amazing!! If you want to treat yourself with a huge room and nice location, go for it! Likes: The room is huge, the price too but it was definetely worth it. I loved the decoration and the coffee brewer was just amazing. Just be aware there is no kitchen. I was reading the comments before which was helpful to not get disappointed Dislikes: The lift is quiet weird, it was super hard to type in the code to get to the right floor. I think they would need to rework that at the point.

Likes: The service one expects at 5* and doesn’t always get (prompt, pro and super friendly), comfort (spacious, very clean, quiet street, good soundproofing, good linen and towels and toiletries), convenient location (sights, waterfront - short walk to seaport and Staten Island ferry - subways) and amenities in building (cafe, market, eateries, NYC view from 64th floor bar), beautiful building and rooms with contemporary retro decor w quality materials, and no floor carpeting. Mint House gets a lot of things right. And did I say a special thanks to Robbie and T at the front of the house / reception? They are a joy to meet and greet every morning on top of impeccably helpful! Dislikes: Rather what I wish would make it perfect. More natural light, which is impossible. Pine Street is a narrow street, the Financial District is tower buildings everywhere, Mint House is on floors 2-6, so even from floor 5 (where we stayed) and tall windows, we see only a very small bit of sky looking up.

As always my stay at the Mint House was stellar. Always very easy to check in, room spacious , clean and plenty of towels, sheets etc. This particular experience I’d like to highlight the concierge service named Robbie - phenomenal! He was so welcoming, patient and pleasant. He went above and beyond to assist me by offering to hold and safe keep my luggage due to late flight. I was able to dine and to do little extra shopping before my flight. I will be returning soon. Thank you

Beautiful space - larger than expected. Very clean. Loved the hotel vibes. The decor was really nice. Bed was super comfy. And the record player was a nice touch. Wish we would have stayed longer. We will definitely be back and this might be our go to place to stay when in the city. Thanks again!

It's not cheap, we were lucky to be able to splurge for it this visit, but unlike hotels where you pay an arm and a leg just for location, here you get the great location plus amazing service and a really nice and well equipped apartment. The staff were so friendly and helped us even with random requests we had. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and was much bigger than we expected. Note that Booking deletes all their links when they send you the check in process which complicated things a bit, but we installed their app and check in was easy from there on. We really hope to be able to return!

We had a great stay at Mint House at 70 Pine. It was super clean and the washer and dryer were much appreciated. The location was perfect for seeing the Brooklyn bridge, financial district, and getting to the statue of liberty along with close subways. A grocery store is just a few blocks away which was super helpful. Along with a couple of restaurants at the entrance to the building which had great food. We had 3 kids and 3 adults in our group and we fit very comfortably. Would highly recommend this airbnb!

Likes: The Staff and management were extremely helpful and welcoming. They responded to our requests quickly and promptly. Dislikes: The A/C units were very old and the settings were all muddled up. The maintenance person did drop by and checked it, and explained to us what the issue was, but it couldn’t be resolved fully. Since we visited in very hot summer days, it was tricky to have the A/C working properly according to our needs.

It was set up more like an apartment . It was great

Outstanding. Check in was exceptional. The room was huge and very well appointed. Will definitely be back.
