Reviews of Mint House 70 Pine by KasaReviews of Mint House 70 Pine by Kasa

Surprisingly beautiful and large rooms.

A group of 5 friends (including myself) had a very comfortable stay at 70 Pine. It was located near subway entrances and in a safe, quiet area in FiDi. Would visit again!

Stayed at the Mint for 2 nights - the first room I stayed in had a bed and a pull out mattress + full kitchen that I did not need which was my booking mistake - anyways - it was not my favorite experience. The room was dark, no view outside the window and curtains didn't help ---shower pressure was very low and handle dirty - bathroom so small and not worth the cost. However, I stayed another night in the smaller studio apartment that was more affordable and I was so impressed and also saddened that I spent so much more money for the first room when I could have saved the money and booked a studio instead as it had a lot of sunlight, views and an open space and also seemed more spacious. Only issue I had with it was how hard it was to open the door and how some areas on the floors sunk in when you stepped on them. Parking and location was definitely a bit of a pain but for NY, you are definitely getting a lot of space and it seemed relatively quiet at night. If I was to stay here again, I would just have to make sure I book the correct room because I wish I didn't waste so much money for something I didn't need and was not happy with.

Residential style hotel in a gorgeous deco buildin Rooms were large, well appointed, only down side combo tub/shower. This is not a full service hotel. No bellmen or room service but staff are delightful and helpful. Housekeepers are thorough and the building even has a full grocery and several restaurants.

Rundum gut Likes: Sehr sauber, großes Appartement, bequeme Matratzen Dislikes: Nichts

Excellent location for self cater apartment Likes: Excellent location - very handy to MTA red and green stations and short walk to other lines, small supermarket around the corner and a Whole Foods Market a short walk away, coffee place downstairs, restaurants in the same building, nice quiet uncrowded district of Manhattan Room well stocked with amenities, kitchen fully equipped to cook a meal and self cater as an option, daily housekeeping provided, self service laundry on site Dislikes: The air conditioner was very noisy. Some may find it disturbs their sleep

Absolutely amazing. We were upgraded to a Studio Plus upon arrival. The property was in great condition. Everything was clean. Worth the money.

Definitely recommend to choose if you want a place at downtown Likes: Easy to find. Next to Wall Street and nearby metro. Only walk several minutes can find a lot of food choices and a supermarket at the 1st floor. The studio deluex is so so big enough with full equipments and furniture. Dislikes: A little bit noise of the aircon

Enjoyed my stay here. This apartment style room was nice and had more space than most hotel rooms. It was clean and the location was convenient for using the ferry.

Loved it!

(Translated by Google) We loved it! There are four of us (a couple and two children). It's a beautiful Art Deco apartment in a gorgeous building with luxury apartments and a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. It has a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is ideal, and I highly recommend it. It was a great choice; it made our trip much easier and provided a comfortable place to relax.
