10/10 Exceptional
We stayed at Mint House at 70 Pine for one night with our family of four and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the suite was. Our one-bedroom, two-bath unit had a beautiful open layout, was very functional, and included all the amenities we needed.
The location is very convenient for exploring downtown, with plenty of restaurants, landmarks, and attractions nearby. The building itself felt very secure, with controlled access to the elevators and guest areas. The front desk staff were also friendly and responsive—we had an issue with our key cards twice, but both times it was resolved quickly.
Parking can be a little tricky since there isn’t much street parking nearby, so you’ll likely need to use one of the designated garages. Being in busy downtown Manhattan, there was also some street noise and the usual sights and smells of NYC. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Mint House.
