Great Airbnb! More spacious than we expected. Great location!

Very spacious apartment Likes: The apartment had a lot more space than we expected. I liked that one of the bathrooms came off the hallway (rather than through a bedroom). It was relatively quiet, and it's great they also provide ear plugs (as you can still hear sirens etc). Everything was clean. Check in was easy. Dislikes: I couldn't get the air con to turn on in my room, and my friend had trouble adjusting the temperature in hers.

Only one receptionist to help and huge line in which I had to wait for an hour. But overall, the place was clean.

Very easy check in and reliable hosts who helped with any questions I had. Would recommend for others

After arriving, I was in excitement to have a luxurious apartment setting all to myself. Two beds with decorative framework. A record player. Perfect AC in both rooms. Grateful to have spent the night in a room like this one.

Excellent! A fantastic place to stay. The condo is very clean, very quiet, and very comfortable. The beds were amazing. The location was extremely walkable, and dogs were everywhere. This was a plus for me, as I love dogs and carry treats with me wherever I go. Be sure to check out the roof top bar on the 64th floor. It is crazy expensive, but really worth the view. There is a 2-drink minimum and a coke and beer cost over $19.00. The biggest surprise was after coming back from the One World Trade Center Observatory, the 9/11 Memorial and the Statue of Liberty, we saw that our room had been refreshed, with the beds remade and fresh towels. I have rented many Airbnbs, and have never had any housekeeping as part of the package. If I ever returned to New York, I would happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mint House at 70 Pine. The building itself is beautiful and full of character, and the Financial District location was incredibly convenient for exploring downtown Manhattan, the Seaport, and the surrounding area on foot. The apartment felt much more spacious and residential than a typical NYC hotel room, which made a huge difference for us. It was comfortable, well designed, and had everything we needed for our stay. I especially appreciated having the feeling of an actual apartment while still having the convenience and ease of a hotel-style experience. The location was also surprisingly peaceful considering you’re right in Manhattan, and waking up downtown each morning was such a nice experience. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, waterfront walks, and things to do nearby. It felt like having my own studio apt in the city. Home. Easy to start your visit from that area. Train and bus station is near by. Close to the main road. It feels very private and safe. The room was my favorite part of it: nice bed, super comfortable, super clean, beautiful bathroom and toiletries, and modern decor. Great price for all I got in return. Very quiet. Nice gentle people at Front Desk. Coffee shop and a place to have lunch or dinner in the lobby, beautiful building. LOVE IT. Good job.

The staff at Mint House is all stars. Special mention to T, their admin manager. They were attentive & responsive. The property is well kept, comfortable bed, kitchenette was complete and practical, bathroom was clean. There was a bit of construction near but we slept well, no noice. Located in the financial district of Manhattan, it made it very easy to access many restaurants, the stock exchange area, 911 Memorial site, the Battery park, and the Brooklyn Bridge.

Best place to stay in lower Manhattan. The place was huge compared to other hotels in the area. Check in was quick and easy.

Lugar muy acogedor en Manhattan, cerca de brooklyn para poder movilizarte entre ambos lugares, con mucha conectividad de metro para subir a explorar la ciudad. La hospitalidad del host y el ambiente del estudio fueron demasiado agradables.

Wonderful location and place! Very clean and attentive. Staff brought toothbrushes when requested and made the bed daily. Definitely would recommend to all!

Terrible for tourists and unwelcoming.

Bad experience We booked a two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the company went through a system upgrade in January and it didn't transfer over correctly and KASA blamed it on me, and when I clicked on the original confirmation it went to an error page, and there responds was well you don't have the back up. They did nothing to make up for it. I would not recommend going to MINT house, I have worked in the hotel business 20+ years and I truly can't believe how we were treated. They also didn't give us enough towels for 4 people and there response was "got it Jill. Im passing this to our team and follow up with you shortly on what is possible " That is not a good hospitality response at all. And that wasn't the only two issues. Really wouldn't recommend at all!!

bell'appartamento in una delle zone must di Manhattan ben servita dalla metro (non c'è un altro posto con così tante stazioni vicino, si va ovunque e si arriva da ovunque). Il prezzo è sicuramente troppo alto, ma ci sono tutti i servizi compreso il supermercato molto fornito a livello strada raggiungibile dall'interno e la cucina completamente attrezzata, e addirittura il giradischi). Durante il nostro soggiorno c'erano dei lavori molto importanti al grattacielo di fianco che non si interrompevano nemmeno di notte. Ecco perchè al nostro arrivo sul comodino c'erano mascherina e tappi!! avere difficoltà a dormire la notte per il rumore non è esattamente ciò che si aspetta chi spende quanto serve per soggiornare qui. Quindi la cosa andava indicata in fase di prenotazione o se ne doveva tener conto nel prezzo praticato. Non l'ho trovato corretto e questo ha molto influito sul mio giudizio della struttura e dei servizi.

Amazing easy experience and Meli was the best staff help we could have asked for i had a great experience here! it was very clean and easy. i 100% reccomend it to anybody looking for an easy quick booking while traveling to nyc! the staff member Meli specifically was such a big help with whatever i needed!

Love it! This place is awesome. The service and checkin institution is smooth. Everything is so seamless. The room is spacious, very clean. And it’s very quiet at night so you won’t be waken up. Location is great! There is an also super convenient chat you can speak with the staff. Melly is amazing! Super friendly and super fast in response!

Nice stay at Mint House This place is safe and quiet, the room is spacious and the hospitality given by all hotel staff really make a different, especially thanks to Arismeli who really helped us during early check in and check out due to our early red eyed arrival and midnight flight departure. Will choose the place again whenever we visit NY.

We experienced quite a few issues with our reservation due to the provider we had booked through, but Amaris was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to us, answer all our questions, and was always extremely responsive. She did everything she could to help us get a room as quickly as possible and under the best possible conditions. Despite the fact that we were sometimes understandably impatient and stressed, Amaris remained kind, patient, welcoming, and smiling the entire time. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help truly made a difficult situation so much easier. We are incredibly grateful for all her help and support. Super meglio di hotel !!!! Appartamento molto molto carino, di dimensioni più che giuste e con ogni confort possa servire dal frigorifero alla macchina per caffè e tanto altro. . Check in veloce . Camera all’arrivo non pulitissima ma era sera ed il giorno dopo hanno provveduto proponendoci anche di cambiarla se necessario. Posizione ottima e comodissima alla metto. Zona ricca di locali dove mangiare ( un rooftop nel palazzo ed un altro poco distante super - Manattha ). Sotto al grattacielo supermercato con ogni cosa si voglia a prezzi abbordabili ! Tutto perfetto !

The place was clean, close to everything. Front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely book this place again.

Initial room was disturbed my construction noise 1st night and 2am for approx 1hrs. 2nd night disturbed at 3am by street noise. I advised the staff at the front desk that the mattress and pillow was not the same as my previous stay. They were soft with no support for my posture, pillows were like marshmallows. I was advised they were the same in all rooms. I requested a room change as l had to be up at 5am and couldn't tolerate the noise from the street. I was advised there were no other rooms. I woke up with a stiff neck and requested alternative pillow. My request was not actioned till the 3rd day by which time l had injured my neck and had to request a visit from a Dr at the cost of $2500 after logging a claim with my travel insurance. I was unable to do any planned activity due to the pain l was in and lost a day of my short vacation. I didn't receive any communication from the manager during this period. I was directed to Expedia who advised me that they attempted to discuss my case with the manager but did not receive any response. This is my third time staying here. The previous two times were prior to it being taken over by Kasa.

Great Stay & Amazing Service I had a great stay at Mint House Kasa NYC in the One Bedroom Queen. The room was clean, modern, spacious, very comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient for getting around NYC. I also want to give a special shoutout to Melly, who was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and made my stay even better. Her hospitality and attention to detail really stood out to me.
