I've stayed here twice for ~2 week periods. It's nice enough, feels safe and the rooms are large but there's a few things missing the mark. Apparently there's a gym and more in the basement that I have never been told about, I've learned this from other reviews. Why don't reception staff provide this information at check in?? I'm not a fan of the gimmicky things, the record player, different ways for making coffee and now they have workout mirrors in the rooms. The workout tablet is attached to the wall and very bright at night! It lit up our whole room and disturbed our sleep so we had to put a hand towel over it (which housekeeping took down every day). Instead of spending money on the gimmicks that are probably barely used it would be much more helpful to provide free laundry machines and a vacuum or at least a broom in the rooms. Housekeeping only vacuums the floors once a week, you need to provide a broom for everyday messes! They also now charge $20 a day for a baby cot which is insane, I would not consider this hotel to be baby friendly at all. I asked for a highchair and they couldn't provide one. I also had to request toilet paper several times because housekeeping never left any spare, I would suggest filling one of the bathroom cupboards with more. The bed is extremely uncomfortable with big soft pillows that sink when you lie on them, maybe ok for a couple of nights but after a week my husband and I woke with headaches every day. I think a few small improvements would make for a much nicer stay.
