Loved out time there! Beautiful and clean

Excellent. We were a group of 3 and this was a MUCH better option than a two queen bed hotel room. Very beautifully done decor, comfortable beds, and great kitchen, all feels high end. I’ve lived in NYC in the past and have stayed in many hotels there— this was shockingly spacious. We had no idea what a great room we had booked, lol. This is definitely going on my list for places to stay in the future.

This place was so nice and clean! I ended up not being able to spend much time in the room which I was sad about, so I’ll be back soon!

amplio pero no me gustó mucho la decoración. no tenía cocina! Likes: más o menos . había una construcción en mi ventana. Dislikes: era amplio, pero en decoración no tan bonito. a pesar que habíamos pagado para un upgrade. del 7 al 9 de mayo nos quedamos en otra habitación que estaba hermosa

a pesar de esto, fue una excelente estadía. Likes: era amplio Dislikes: tenía una construcción a la altura de nuestra ventana. habíamos pagado un upgrade, pero no estaba tan bonito el departamento que nos tocó.. era más amplio pero no más bonito en decoración y mantenimiento.

Great size room

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Grand et bien équipé.

Stayed overnight with a couple of my colleagues. It was a good place, walkable to the New York Stock Exchange, the Charging Bull. pretty cool neighborhood, no noise at all.

The property was lavish, gorgeous, and well-situated in the city. The staff was excellent and we were able to check-in early and our room was upgraded for free. The kitchen amenities were extremely convenient and the room was also well decorated. Aesthetics and quality were all great, I just wish the gym didn’t close so early!

Really nice place to stay in Lower Manhattan. Quiet. Room was a great size and even had a record player and speaker! Bathroom was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The building has a huge fitness center and even a Bowling Alley and golf simulator. At first I thought maybe this place would be more like an air b&b apartment based on the way it was marketed but it really is a hotel complete with in room toiletries. Definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful apartment that was even better than the photos. Super spacious and beautiful lighting despite being a studio. Full bathtub and the best part is that they have a record player in your room and a wide selection of records to pick from downstairs. The Wall Street area has everything you could want in walking distance with the subway nearby for everything else. Would definitely stay here again as it is super spacious, accessible and the apartment has an unexpected personal touch.

Made the whole trip worth it. Likes: it was an Oasis from the surrounding craziness of the city. Dislikes: it was a bit expensive.

Perfect place to stay for business or pleasure

Likes: Lage, Betten, Ausstattung (Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Platzangebot). Dislikes: Das Bad war eher klein und von der Ausstattung/Qualität nur OK.

The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The beds are super comfortable. Location is great. No noise! Friendly and helpful reception. We will be back!

Quiet neighborhood

The property is wonderful. It is a shame they saved on air conditioners and sound proofing Likes: Location is great. The staff is wonderful. The rooms look nice and cosy. It is very clean by NY standards. There is still mold in the bathroom where they think you won't notice it, but considerably less that in some hotels that charge 700/night. I was very excited when I checked-in. Even called my partner to say that I finally found a perfect hotel in NY. It could have been so perfect... Dislikes: The problem came at night. The air conditioner was so loud I could not sleep even with ear plugs in. I tried decreasing the fan speed (it wasn't an opinion), turning it off (but then the room would get very hot very fast), making it work all the time so it doesn't turn on and wake me up (this wasn't possible). Despite it making crazy noice it would only worked occasionally, sometime making the room very cold sometimes making it heat up so I sweat. It was set to 65F and I was sweating most of the time, I keep my own home at 74F... Around 2am I walked to the reception. The lady working there was wonderful and very helpful. She moved me to a different room where the air conditioner worked, and I got 4 hours of sleep. When I woke up in the morning I thought I'd write an 8 star review. Air conditioning issues happen, I reasoned, it's not their fault and it's unlikely to happen again. Not so fast. When packing to leave at 6am, I came out of the shower and was startled by the sound of someone talking. It sounded like someone else was in my room. The man didn't shout, he just calmly talked. I got scared for a minute, but no one else was in the room. Then I realized the sound of talking was coming from the room next to me. From the in-room door which can be open to connect the neighboring rooms. Someone was standing there talking on phone and scratching the door. Sound proofing in this place is paper thin. So my impression is that this place could be great. But the owners decided to save on air conditioning units and sound proofing. The rooms are hit or miss. If you are unlucky you may not be able to sleep at all, if you are lucky you'll have great experience. Good luck!

New York a dimensione di famiglia Likes: È stato un soggiorno perfetto...abbiamo ricevuto al nostro arrivo un upgrade per appartamento più grande e confortevole rispetto al monolocale prenotato...tutto pulitissimo, camere insonorizzate, cucina grande e attrezzata con gli utensili necessari, supermercato sotto il residence e linea metropolitana a due passi! Ogni mattina veniva eseguito un riordino della stanza e del bagno con cambio degli asciugamani richiesti, 1 volta a settimana pulizie generali! Nel giorno della partenza deposito bagagli gratuito, personale cortese e sempre disponibile! Assolutamente struttura super consigliata! Dislikes: Tutto è andato oltre le nostre aspettative...

Stayed in 1 bedroom, 2 pull-out sofas, 2 bathrooms -- HUGE!!! There were 3 of us; so we each had our own space. The front desk staff was amazing and went well beyond the call of duty to see to our needs.

Likes: The staffs, the room, the location, and the amenities were all amazing. A special shout out to Tima for going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay.

Beautiful room, super clean and better than the pictures! Hotel was located in a central area and using the transit was easy from here! You won’t regret booking!

Big rooms with full kitchen! Likes: Super Spacious room, comfortable bed, modern decor. Great having a fully equipped kitchen! The supermarket in the ground floor of the building was super convenient. Great access to subway lines, and easy to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty boats etc. Dislikes: Wall Street feels desolate at night. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but it just felt a bit bleak and empty in the area. Not as many good restaurants as in other areas of the city…. it was fine but you just have to plan your eating a bit.

If I had to leave a bad review it’s this one Stayed here many times this was by far the worse experience From the maid crying on the room to the AC not functioning properly to the laundry detergent dispenser not working, this was not a pleasant stay and I’ve been a Minthouse fan from the beginning. Also the front desk person was pretty rude when I asked to note the things they were broken so they can be addressed. I won’t stay again and won’t be booking my teams there so it’s unfortunate.

Terrific. They upgraded us to a suite which was palatial. Fantastic location. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The only quibble is room access with a code which is a faff.

This place was beautiful and absolutely relaxing. If you have to choose between a five star hotel and this location, pick this. Super close super market, kitchen to cool your own food (I’m prepping for a show so this was hella important). On top of that the place was spotless and comfortable. Absolutely loved the placement of everything. Also really comfortable bath robes!!! Only small issue was the jackhammer outside that woke me up once. But it’s NYC, so it’s expected lol

What a big loft cleaned apartment to stay with. The beds are very comfy. It is worth the money in NYC.
