Reservation for 3 people. 2 robes provided. Order placed prior to arrival for food and beverages to stock the room. 4-5 basic items were missing. Informed by phone they were not available and/or backordered. A member of my party went to reception. The missing items were provided. Sloppy service. Clearly, no one paid a great deal of attention to the reservation or filling the food order. Casual reply to phone inquiry to blow me off. There were a number of closets without rods or shelves rendering them useless. The dining/work area was lit by a crooked standing lamp with the electrical cord tangled on the floor. No artwork on the walls causing voices to echo in the empty space. We stayed Sat-Mon expecting to eat in the cafe. Closed on weekends. We expected to go to the lounge to grab a few drinks. Reservations needed to sit at the bar. I booked the accommodations with the expectation I would be treating my guests to a wonderful weekend. For the price: mediocre at best.
