Highly recommend!! LOVE LOVE LOVE! I highly Recommend staying here! We booked the 1bed 2 bath apt and it exceeded my family’s expectations. Everything was clean, stocked with towels and robes, pillows and blankets. They greeted us with a nice note and some cookies. The check in was smooth and friendly. I would stay here over and over again!

Really good location with many subway lines. The room was big, for NYC it is a big plus. Well equiped and perfect for long stay. Pine Street is quite narrow with lots of tall buildings, so not a lot of natural light coming in. The room was quite dark all day long, but apart from that, everything was great !

Wonderful stay. The rooms are beautiful, modern and really spacious. I stayed in the large studio with my family and loved it. The living area is separated so it feels like two separate rooms. Loved the amenities in the building including the gym and game area. They clean the rooms everyday which is really nice and they add coffee, paper towels and other details daily. The staff is super attentive and the service is wonderful. I travel regularly to NY due to work and I’ll be staying here every time! A gem!

SUBLIME NYC AMAZING ENORMOUS NYC APT/ROOM We LOVED Mint House at 70 Pine. If the location (Wall Street / Financial Dist) makes sense we will make this our NYC hotel. Everything you could want or need in NYC. Only disappointment was the construction going on accross the street at 60 Wall Street. We couldnt Sleep in

it's quite a nice place to spend your holiday. They got everything we need for our stay even though we forgot a lot

Amazing

Great Find, especially due to the comparable pricing. With Mint House at 70 Pine you obtain a calm and private experience. If you have younger children this is a must. I ordered the deluxe suite and was extremely satisfied with the space and extra sleeping area. You have a full kitchen and a dining space that we utilized when we decided to order take out instead after a long day out with the kid and family. To be fair and not make this sound like a payed add the only comment/complaint was the lack of overhead lighting. They supplemented adequately with lights and various lamps.

My girlfriend set up a NYC birthday getaway for me. The room was nice, and clean. A nice studio apartment type stay. The mattress wasn't good, but wasn't totally bad. They could probably use updating soon. However the rooms has two extreme needs. One can be addressed, the other can not. Because of surrounding buildings, if you enjoy sunlight, this place isn't for you. That can't be addressed. The one that can be addressed are those CREEPY pictures in the rooms. I open my eyes, and I see an eye ball looking back at me. We both hated them! I've even heard that children who've been at the Mint House were terrified too. They really need to store them in the basement. The ones in the hallways I can live with, but I don't want to come back to wake up to those again for my next stay. I'm not so sure that I'll come back a third time if I see them in those rooms.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and our family of six really enjoyed it. Lots of room for kids to run around. Staff was really helpful. Would definitely come back.

Just checked out after a three night stay. Two adults-one tween. If arriving at night-just a heads up it’s not marked well—green embellishments around a single entry and a rotating door. “Old” NY—-super narrow street. This is the former Lehman building-repurposed into condos and corporate apartments. Stunning 30s architecture—a fave building of many locals. Space is HUGE, modern and comfy. The turntable added a hipster flair. Nice—introduced our kid to Beastie Boys on vinyl. We had a two bedroom. Bed and down comforter get a 5/5—-so does the shower /water/water pressure. Towels absorbent. A/C are new wall units-each room individual controls. The building itself has amazing food choices from a hipster, hard-to-reserve to a coffee shop to a warm greens bowls-to a massive grocery store/food court. Burger and fries at 10:30 pm? Dumplings? deli? No problem? All there in the building. Only downside-mint house takes up floors 1-6 (we are on floor six) of like an 80 story building. The view is into other buildings—all under construction. It is dark. Still-for the price-size-convenience and quality—-this place is a great value in NYC for a family. Highly recommend.

Awesome place to stay and super friendly staff. It’s not located in a prime location for tourists, but the units are huge, clean and the staff is great. Checkin was easy and getting around was not an issue. I would definitely stay at here again.

Clean, good location, lots of amenities, very big apartments, perfect for our family of 5 to enjoy and relax in between outings. Quick and responsive. We had a very short lived AC issue that they came in and fixed licitud split. Thanks Gabrielle, Michael and the wonderful housekeeping staff!

My husband, two sons, and I loved our stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and were comfortable in the clean and stylishly decorated surroundings. The daily housekeeping was thorough and appreciated. Having a full kitchen, an awesome record player with NYC vinyl options, washer/dryer, and a grocery store on the bottom level of the building made things so easy. Plus we were so close to subway stations and great restaurants. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting NYC!!!!!

Stay here if you're in NYC!!! The front desk staff is amazing (Gabby, Malik, Bree to name a few) and super attentive and nice. The housekeeping does a great job and the rooms are spectacular.

최근 지어진거라 전체적인 인테리어 분위기, 구비시설, 비즈니스 센터이용등 만족하나 하우스키퍼에 따라 방청소 상태는 좀 미흡해서 아쉬웠어요. 룸키가 패드타입이라 한번에 열리지않아 5번이상은 해야 열리는것도 컨디션 안좋을땐 짜증나는 부분일수도 있겠네요. 하지만 숙소위치가 월스트리트역앞이고 근처 편이시설이나 호텔내 이용가능한 곳이 맛집들이라 넘 좋았어요. 부두 15,16,17도 가까워 건너편 브루클린 야경 보는것도 예뻤고 분위기 좋았네요. 객실청소 부분만 제외하면 모든게 만족했던 호텔였어요

We have stayed here before and you will not find such large and well-equipped apartments in NY for the price. Conveniently located for attractions such as ground zero and battery park etc. Pine street is narrow and somewhat cramped for on / off luggage. No private parking but discounted valet parking right next door.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This place is truly amazing, we will never stay anywhere else in NYC. All staff are incredible and go above and beyond. I got in touch before we arrived to advise we were staying for our wedding along with 4 other apartments being booked for our family & wedding party. The general manager and his team couldn’t have done more for us, every question asked was answered, access arranged for our photographer/wedding planner/make up artist/videographer, transfer arranged to the venue and JFK, bowling arranged .. I could go on & on. The apartment is incredible, spacious and with every amenity you could think of. The city market is also great! Genuinely have zero hesitation in recommending this place and we are already planning our return trip!

Our experience at Mint House was top notch from start to finish. The room was huge by NY standards, the bed was very comfortable, and it was great having a full kitchen. Walking distance to so many great sites, with the subway only steps away. Will definitely stay here again when back in NY.

The mint house was amazing, pricey but the place was clean & just as in the picture. The only problem we did have was getting the code to the door, the lady that helped us check in had given us the wrong code twice so that was a bit annoying because we were tired & all we wanted to do was shower & rest. Also, if you have a iPhone you wouldn’t be able to pair your phone with the tv and also something Real Important the AC kept turning on & off & would get really hot at time, even when the auto was off. At night it was pretty hard to sleep because it was really hot. I would stay there again if that problem is resolved. But regardless thank you for allowing us to stay there.

This is a great location and is very comfortable.
