10/10 Exceptional
Stayed in a studio here for a couple of months. Much bigger than a typical hotel room. Comes with standard kitchen stuff such as utensils, cookware, and plates (no rice cooker though sadly). Internet was pretty fast and stable all throughout the building (except elevators). One con is the lack of sunlight due to the surrounding buildings and Mint House only occupying floor 2-6 of 70 pine. This was further compounded by the somewhat lacking lighting inside the rooms.
Excellent location for the 2/3/4/5 trains (which go uptown or to Brooklyn easily). Good selection of food within a 5 min walk (my favorites for everyday were Dig and Blue Park Kitchen). The attached grocery store was convenient for small/rushed purchases but grossly overpriced for consistent shopping.
The 24/7 front desk was awesome. They did a great job with packages and guiding food delivery people upstairs. The complimentary cleanings were well done (remember to ask for them if you are staying for a while). The few times I made requests (extra hangers, some Lysol, etc) they were granted quickly.
