Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The location is good, though we are more accustomed to staying further uptown, where there are more stores, restaurants, etc. There is good proximity to subways though which is important.
One negative though is that the amenities were not quite as advertised. We booked a Deluxe Studio, which though very nice, clean and spacious, did not have laundry in the unit, which the photos and description clearly show, and Netflix was not provided, as was also clearly stated in the property description. When we called the front desk asking how to access Netflix, we were told it isn't included, and they were surprised when we told them it was advertised in the property description. Even now, after we told them, it is still showing that Netflix is included. While these are relatively minor issues, it is still annoying, as were looking forward to continuing watching a few of our regular Netflix series.
Overall though, we enjoyed our stay, and do feel that this property is a good value for the price paid. We like how spacious it is, and that there is a full kitchen and a separate room with a sofabed. It was also stated in the description that we would get weekly housekeeping, but our room was straightened up on a daily basis (we were there for five nights), which we appreciated.
