Easily becoming one of my favorites places to stay in the city. Comfortable, clean and very cool.

Probably the most convenient, clean and cool place I’ve stayed at in the city with AirBnb. The staff was super helpful with recommendations for food and attractions, and my room and amenities made me feel like modern royalty. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Place!

Great place to stay for a week and over, especially if you need a nice kitchen along with the convenience of hotel like amenities. Rooms are quite dark due to very little natural light so not ideal for people that need natural light. Also the floor lamps and lighting, especially in the sleeping area are not bright enough for reading, working or for video calls. Beds, linen and pillows are comfortable. Bathrooms could use a bit of an upgrade. Overall, clean and modern space to stay but could use some thought in the little things. Would have extended our stay a bit longer but we didn't get the pricing that we initially booked for.

Let's begin with cleanliness. I stayed for over 20 days. The cleaning staff are lazy and don't do a great job. Do not expect sheets to be changed often or for the place to be cleaned and sanitized regularly. Next beware of room size "category". A one bedroom 2 bathroom has many sizes. From a spacious option with a couch/bed right when you walk in, a large dining table next to a full kitchen, a separate couch and living space. Then there is thier ultra compact room that is very small. A round table that sits 4 right when you walk in. Empty dead closet space with no hanging option or shelves. Only 1 couch that turns into a bed so if you use the bed you don't have a couch to watch and you lose all living area space. Yet they charge the same price for all within that category. Next they do not maintain the rooms. Remotes are missing, lamps don't turn on or off you have to unplug to turn off etc. Next thier staff. Hit or miss some are very nice others are rude and not considerate. The reason I gave 2 stars is because some of the time was pleasant while other times were not.

Mint 70 was great! We had a wonderful stay, the space was clean and in a great location!

I stayed here for the weekend with 5 other friends. We booked the 2 bedroom suite and it was more than enough space for all of us. The place looked just like the pictures and the location was great as well.

Spacious, clean and just what I wanted! It was special, clean with a well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms was a treat for sure. Close to everything in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Mint house is a private building for quarantiners & politicians or business people it’s not meant for parties or fun and it’s very beautiful inside the rooms

I would recommend people staying here as place is very mindful

Everything I expected and more. Well worth it.

We had an amazing stay at Mint House. Everyone was friendly and accessible for any questions. The vinyl records made the room that much more inviting. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We visited the gourmet market downstairs everyday!! Breakfast, lunch, dinner - anything we were craving we had immediate access to. Would most certainly stay again.

Great place to stay when in NY

Amazing stay with amazing amenities. The full kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and glasses, great for cooking. The room looked amazing with great modern design. Only complaint is that the Wi-Fi in my room wasn't great

The room is nice and spacious and the bed is huge! The record player is such a nice touch and the full kitchen is really nice. Would totally come again.

The staff at MINT HOUSE went above and beyond to make my Valentine’s Day evening a special occasion. Great customer service and incredible decor . Major thanks to Gabby , Claritza , Ariel , and Daniel .

Great stay. Plenty of room and great location. The folks there are always helpful and available.

The advertisements accurately represent the room that you stay in. It was extremely modern and stylish and had all the amenities necessary- I was able to cook a full meal and enjoy the bar cart that comes in the room. The staff is exceptional and very friendly and were very accommodating to my needs (early check-in). This was probably one of my favorite Airbnb experiences and would highly recommend it to anyone that is visiting NYC for a short stay!

Full kitchen with dishwasher, pots, panda and utensils. Large room, comfortable bed, great design and decor plus a nice living room

Should strongly enforce no smoking policy inside the rooms; the scent of smoke was seeping through the vents in the bathroom which led to the room being overwhelmed with the scent of smoke. Overall the receptionist are amazing, however, communication can be more efficient as well as the tidiness of the rooms upon arrival for new guest.

It's a great place to stay for the price. Far better than any hotel at that price point with a much larger space and your own kitchen!

Nice place but faces staring at you everywhere was really weird. They do not allow late check out and if you really need it they charge $75 for 1 additional hour. Really caters to the financial business person not good for leisure or enjoyment. Entrance has a extremely NYC office building design before you get to the lobby that directs you to the floors designated for the residence space. Rest of the building is designed and reserved for office and company spaces

Such a great place to stay!
