Reviews of Mint House 70 Pine by KasaReviews of Mint House 70 Pine by Kasa

These apartments are the best possible find if you want to jump between cities every month or so. There is massive monthly discount on all their locations. Standards are really high. Locations and apartments are really sophisticated. The team on site was great. You're wifi is bad, they will bring you cable in 15min. I had allergy to dog fur, even though apartment was clean when I entered. They brought team of 6 people to clean it all again, replace air filters and mop the floors within 30min of making the request. Ask for apartment that has window view on the gap between buildings, it will get you more light during the day. Coffee downstairs is amazing. Location is excellent. Even though this is financial district the area is very social and located almost on the subway of 2,3 and quick walk distance from other major lines. Chairs by the kitchen or by the dinning table are not the most comfortable, but they had very comfortable chair in the living area. There is a Battery Parking Garage 10min walking from the place that is self-park and has pass through to newer section, which is more empty most of the time and has edge or corner spots with more space where people park their expensive cars. Great location to keep the car. Overall Mint House is worth the money and I do recommend this place if you are staying in NYC.

Estadia perfeita! O quarto era amplo e confortável. Tudo muito bonito e ben pensado. Chegamos e tinha disponível água café e cookies. Os itens de cozinha de ótima qualidade, ideais para uma pequena estadia. Atendente simpática na recepção.

Love mint house my fav place to stay

Amazing place! Absolutely Perfect!

Very nice place, easy check in,spacious and elegant. Has most of the amenities that you might need, superb Michellin Restaurant in site, excellent location and great gym! Will return!

Honestly, an amazing place to stay. It has everything you need! Beautiful place for when visiting NY.

Love the history aspect. Love the neighborhood. Love the size of the suite. Did not love the internet signal strength/speed, but they did mention that was being fixed pretty much right after we left. 10/10 would stay there again.

Large room and full kitchen were a bonus!

The rooms here are beautiful, but if you have any plans on doing virtual work or zoom calls, it’s nearly impossible. The WiFi was almost nonexistent. And the cell reception wasn’t much better so it kind of left no options. The gym was amazing which I loved. I could almost always smell smoke in the hallways on my floor. Location was amazing.

This is a fabulous apartment! It combines the best of what an apartment and a hotel have to offer. The unit sleeps five (one on a pull out sofa bed) comfortably. The living space is huge and very easily can accommodate seating up to ten people for drinks and connecting. Check in is similar to a hotel so it is very easy. Unit also has a full kitchen, but with many restaurants near by, we did not use it. Location is close to South St Seaport. We would have loved to have stayed here for a month instead of just a few nights!

Style hotel in Wall Street Style, enough space, close to subway

If you go to Webster's dictionary and look up the word Perfection, the definition will be The Mint House. We loved our stay! This hotel is clean, comfortable, and and the various areas of the room are beautifully designed with lovely linens, furniture, accessories, art.

Perfect spot for large family in lower Manhattan First class stay. Family of 6 who wanted to see more of lower Manhattan. Accommodation were top notch. Gym in building along with a ton of food options. Subway close by. Easier to uber in and out of. Great stay all around.

Beautiful & modern - you get much more space and amenities for your money than the big chain hotels. This is definitely my new top pick in FiDi!

No room cleaning for 4 days which ok I can handle that. No toilet paper for the past 3 days after asking the person at the desk for toilet paper 3 times ... Bought my own TP. Thanks

Best hotel ever..u feel like you're in a modern apartment with the 5☆ of a luxurious hotel

Delightful and peaceful place, in a convenient location next to a subway. Will advise against the tap water, it had an odd taste but that’s probably a city thing

Fantastic place, great value, exceeded my expectations

This place is bad no parking roads broke my car & the WiFi sucks

Super clean room and comfortable bed

I was blown away by all aspects of Mint House. The rooms are massive & well equipped, the building & amenities are fantastic and the staff goes above & beyond. We felt extremely fortunate that a local New Yorker recommended Mint House to us, and group of friends, to stay at while we vacationed in New York. The location was great as well; in Fidi, close to the subway & easy uber pick-up. Black Fox Coffee (perfect for a quick latte, pastry and/or breakfast sandwich before you head out in the morning) , Crown Shy (a James Kent restaurant w/ bar) and City Acres Market (grocery store w/ tasty to-go options) are all located in the building. We loved the bowling alley as well. It felt like we could go back to Mint House & recharge after some long days exploring New York City. We will be back! (P.S.- we recommend dining at 'Harry's', which is a short walk from MH)

The place was great. Clean, spacious and the staff was great. Amenities were perfect. Great coffee shop on the main floor. Would recommend this place!

We loved the set up.. lots of space.. The amenities were great as well..We had an issue on arrival re: cleanliness of our room that had to be addressed by staff, but after that, things were great.

Love this place clean and safe.

Place is great, very spacious. Close to everything, less of a tourist trap but still close to many sites. Definitely recommend.

Spacious suites and friendly, helpful staff

Great location and excellent space.

☺️

Stunning!! And Claritza is an absolute gem. Hands down best customer service I have ever received— she truly made me feel so warmly welcomed. THANK YOU

So much great things to say... the room was spacious, very clean, stylish, comfortable, in a great location with discounted parking, the staff was so hospitable and warm, there were so many thoughtful luxury touches from record players and music, to the best coffee I've had (Fellow drip coffee with Black Fox Coffee), delicious tea, and a kitchen with many tools. Had a comfortable stay with my husband and toddler son and cat. Highly recommend and would stay again! Thanks!

We had such a wonderful stay at Mint House! First of all the hospitality was amazing. Daniel helped me check in and he gave me all the tips I needed for our little staycation. After that we got settled into what I like to call the “mini apartments.” The interior of our room was modern and had all these unique portraits hung everywhere. The room was spotless and very well kept. We had so much space that we even had a kitchen! It definitely felt like a home away from home and we didn’t want to leave. The check out process was very smooth thanks to Gabrielle!

Best NYC hotel Best hotel in nyc. Rooms are like studio apartments. Only complaint is that TVs used to have Netflix and Hulu app and now only have YouTube after the switch to mint house.

Incredible place to stay!

Mint House at 70 Pine is Superb!!! Mint House at 70 Pine is a superb hotel for business or family trips. The personnel were kind, organized, and highly professional. All amenities were in great shape and in abundance. We took advantage of the spacious fitness facility and the bowling alley. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were excellent in all regards. We also like the retro features like the turntable and albums--one of which was coincidentally a favorite. We give the hotel a solid perfect score.

Beautiful place, great location!
