We had a great stay at Mint House 70 Pine by Kasa! We traveled as a family of six—two adults and four kids—and the space worked out very well for us.
The apartment was extremely clean from top to bottom. The beds, sheets, pillows, bathrooms, kitchen, and all of the furnishings were fresh and well kept. Having two bedrooms plus a sofa bed gave our family enough room to relax comfortably.
The kitchen was a huge plus. It had a stove, dishwasher, and the basics needed for a family stay. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit, along with an iron and ironing board. Each room had a smart TV, which helped everyone settle in after a busy day in NYC.
The check-in process was easy and convenient. We received the door code about 24 hours before check-in, and the same code worked for entering the building, using the elevator, and accessing our apartment.
Highly recommend Mint House 70 Pine by Kasa for families visiting New York City. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and convenient—we would definitely stay here again in the future!
