Will definitely stay here again. Service, style, and location can’t be beat.

I don’t normally do reviews, however this place is a special place in NYC I haven’t experienced before! Just stay and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

This was my first time using Airbnb so I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect but after reading the reviews of several other places and Lyric, I decided to book with Lyric and I’m so glad I did. Everything was wonderful! They responded quickly to my questions and had great recommendations! The staff was so friendly and helpful and they allowed us to check in early. Our room was spotless and perfect! I will definitely be booking with them from now on when staying in NY!

This place was super tingly spacious and in a great location. The music theme and turntable with mini vinyl collection is a nice touch.

The lyric is an outstanding venue. He will enjoy the stay very much. The rooms are super accommodating with the kitchen and large bathroom areas.

Beautiful clean rooms! The rooms are very spacious and the upgrades are definitely noticed. The beds and duvet were comfortable. There is a nice selection of coffee and tea for guests to enjoy in your room and the delicious chocolate almonds were a great touch. JP checked me in and he was awesome to talk to and gave great customer service. I will be back!

We had a great stay at Lyric - the space was very clean and a refreshing place to come back to after being out in the city. The location is perfect - close to the subway and also a quick walk to the Brooklyn Bridge. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back into town. I definitely recommend staying here!

This place was better than expected! It was so spacious, clean and stylish. The decor was so amazing and the coffee was even better. I’ll definitely book this place again for another weekend getaway.

First off we stayed many times when this was the Q&A and thought it was outstanding. We stopped staying here in April of 2018. They started using a different service for their bedding and my daughter had a reaction to it. At least that's what the manager and I surmised. Since then we have stayed at the Assemblage which has the large square footage as well as the kitchen. Although it does not have an oven. When hearing that the Q &A had new ownership we decided to try again. It is much closer to the office on Water. Well..we were not pleasantly surprised. The living space in our room is wonderful. We like the new white walls..they helped somewhat with the dark feel of the rooms. The kitchen is almost exactly the same. The issues we had are as follows. Our first evening, my daughter went to take a shower and her bathroom tub was full of water and sludge. We called Engineering and they worked on it for over an hour....plunging and plunging while we ate our dinner. 🤮 we were than told that he had to leave and he would tell the front desk. Waited for a call from the front desk and never received one. Finally we called down and they said someone would be up first thing the next morning. So we got up early and waited. Called down at 9 and they said noone was here yet. Finally at 11:15 someone came. We were annoyed. No call from management...no apology from management. Not like Q&A at all. Btw...the toilet in the master bath was not working either. He fixed that as well. The other is no tv in the bedroom. I get it...when I'm home I don't want a tv in my room. When I'm in a hotel... um...yes! So...is saving yourself a few steps and having an oven worth it? We will see....oh...and I would come from anywhere in the city to the Black Fox!! ☕

I’ve stayed at several Airbnb’s and this is my first hotel/condo experience. It exceeded my expectations, service was great, awesome location. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying for a quick visit.

I am just blown away by this place and the incredible staff!!! First, you won’t ever find an airbnb like this anywhere else! The room was so gorgeous, I felt right at home! I was starting to feel under the weather and they were so accommodating and made sure to provide me with everything I could possibly need. It’s a beautiful location, close to the World Trade Center. I just can’t recommend this place enough!!

You should definitely stay here if you haven't already. From the smart TV, to the snacks, to the comfortable bed and the bathroom amenities. This was an incredible stay and I did not want to leave! The front desk staff was also knowledgeable and incredibly helpful during our stay. Will definitely stay here again, so until next time!

Had an excellent stay here. Location has a cafe and a market in the same building which was convenient. Clean and comfortable, very close to the subway and staten island ferry.

Great place to stay ! Spacious clean studios , walk in closets , full size kitchen , laundry in the hotel , super friendly and attentive staff , have grocery store downstairs . Great accommodation to stay with the family !

If you are looking to stay in the Financial District this an excellent choice.

The Lyric was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the room, as well as the easy access to subways right outside our door, and the delicious food at the Black Fox Cafe and Crown Shy downstairs. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Perfect for a relaxing few days in the city.

A 10 in every way. VERY SPACIOUS and the interior I LOVED. I'm a picky person when it comes to choosing places to stay.

What can I say about this place...the pictures are accurate but do not do it justice. This is a beautiful site. They took the time to provide the amenities in-suite that matched the level of facility. These units are 3 times the size you would expect for NYC. There is a grocery and multiple hot food options within the building. Fitness facilities and so much more. Really comfortable beds, slept like babies and 20ft from a train station that takes you to any attraction you want to see. Every time I come to NY, we will stay here. When someone asks me where to stay. It will be Lyric every time. The on site staff were fantastic, friendly and willing to make sure you enjoy your stay. They definately did that for us. Thanks again.

Wonderful place to stay in, exceeded my expectations. The apartment was beautiful, great design and comfort, delicious mattress and sheets, would love to stay here every time I'm back in the city.

Hotel was way better than I expected . Place was clean and comfortable , they provided everything you need ( bottled water, tea, coffee , utensils, microwave etc) . Place is located near to Staten Island ferry terminal and Brooklyn bridge. Walking distance to subway ( 5mins) . Highly recommend Lyric !

The rooms are very clean, stylish and comfortable. It’s an excellent location to enjoy bars, restaurants, shopping in the area or take the subway to any part of uptown Manhattan or Brooklyn. South Street Seaport is fun and just walking across the bridge or through Battery Park is great so there’s so much to see and do.

Wow! This place was much better than i expected. When i first checked in, they upgraded me to an 1,100sq room with 2 bathrooms. The place was as big as my apartment back home. Unlike most hotels that you have to pay for the water and snacks in the room, this one, everything is included. No charge. The metro station is literally right outside of the building, which is super convenient. Hands down, the best place I’ve stayed in New York. I will definitely come back here! Thank you for the best experience!

Our stay was wonderful! There was a mistake when checking, however they immediately problem solved and got us another room arrangement, giving us a refund for the one night. The space was super clean, affordable and had more then enough more. I’d definitely stay again!

Our stay at 70 Pine was nothing short of perfect. The hospitality upon our arrival to the stylish decor and upscale feel was great. Location was very close to Wall Street subway station which allowed us to explore NYC easily. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.
