Nice place!

The Lyric staff is amazing, thoughtful, kind and helpful. It was our 10 year anniversary and the host had a very nice card and a bottle of wine waiting for us!! The staff at check- in were AMAZING, so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The gave us great geography tips.The location is central, quick walk to pubs, bars, World Trade Center, Stock Exchange, the subway. The store/ market had everything you would need for your stay but go downstairs as The prices are way lower down there. There's also a Walgreens up the street. A wine and Spirits in the other direction, a quaint little coffee shop on the 1st floor of building... The room was spotless, modern and very sexy with the dimmed lighting. The smell was very welcoming. It's away from the hustle n bustle but that is also a hop n a scotch away. Housekeeping kept everything clean and fresh while we explored the city. We will definitely be back!!

Great place to stay in NYC, especially given each unit in the hotel has a kitchen and there is a grocery store in the 1st floor of the building. Very stylish and great amenities. The 6th floor is currently being renovated, so we heard some noise from up there (our room was on the 5th floor), but nothing majorly problematic.

This stay far exceeded our expectations. For business reasons we had stayed the previous 3 nights in a major-brand hotel a couple of blocks away; when we moved over to the Lyric for 3 more nights, we wished we'd stayed there the whole time. Our room at the Lyric was twice as big, stylish/modern, well-appointed (Frette linens, luxe toiletries), spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The location and access were excellent. The ground level interior of the building is original art deco -- beautiful and elegant. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to all our friends.

There is plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom, washing machine soap for one load, and all the cooking utensils, etc for preparing your own food. They also provide coffee and tea with regular and drip coffee, sugars, etc. Plus, there is a REALLY great restaurant and a coffee shop in the building and a fully-stocked grocery store around the corner (make sure to go to the bottom story of the grocery store for regular items). The only negatives were that the washing machine is super loud, the dryer takes a few times to get everything dry, and it quite a noisy city. They provide earplugs in the closet! Overall, a really great place, better than I expected, and a good location for getting everywhere in South Manhattan.

Check-in: went smoothly and found the staff to be quite accommodating to our requests beforehand. Room & Location: The room was extremely spacious, especially by NYC standards. The space was very modern, clean and included an array of useful amenities. It was as though we were staying in someone's newly renovated, un-lived home with fully stocked kitchen tools and bathroom essentials. It was also perfectly located for our weekend plans, there are several parking garages nearby. Customer Service: We needed an extra set of blankets which the staff accommodated instantly, we really appreciated that. Check-out: Also went rather smoothly and swiftly. I would certainly recommend this room style and the hotel in genera. Thanks.

My fiend and I had awesome time in New York thanks to Lyric at 70 Pine! The space is super clean and stylish. 10/10 would recommend!

WOW. Staying at the Lyric was truly beyond expectation. Our flight arrived earlier than intended for the first time ever and the Lyric graciously accommodated an early check in for us. This enabled us to get settled and freshened up before we began our site seeing for the day. Our room itself was modern, clean, comfortable and included luxurious amenities such as robes, slippers, and top of the line toiletries. The staff at the Lyric were kind, generous and extremely accommodating. My husband and I will certainly be staying at the Lyric for all of our future trips to NYC.

This Lyric location in the heart of downtown financial district is not to be missed. The area is quiet on the weekends with lots of great architecture and landmarks to check out during walks. Perfect on a fall day. The apartment are extremely spacious, upscale, privateand brand new!

Beautiful space with thoughtful amenities. The studio was sparkling clean. Central to South St Seaport and the WTC, the location was wonderful. And the staff: friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We couldn't have had a nicer stay

I was overly impressed and pleased with our stay here! The location was great. Very close to multiple subway stations and it was so quiet in our room, I almost forgot we were in NYC. Rob and Clarissa at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous, spacious, and very clean! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I will definitely be coming back here as the building is in a great location, the room was huge and the Sey Coffee alone is reason enough without everything else! The building also has a market and restaurants so you don’t have to even leave the area.

Really comfortable stay!

This place is the closest u can get.to a luxury apt when renting a room for the night ..that is the 100 to 150 and night11 range if nothing specjal is going on near it in the city the avaerge hotel room would cost you...music.decor in the halls and building has orginally amazing wood.steel and marble in the entrance areas and 1 st.floor..room every has album amd a.record player to.play the album (LP){{vinyl))..

I travel a lot now, and this is the best place I have stayed at, ever! This was a perfect location, and way more reasonably priced than any hotel. The space was much bigger than I expected, and was so clean. I loved the look and feel of the entire building, as well as the room. When I checked in, Gabrielle and Claritza were incredible! They were so friendly and helpful beyond anything I would ever expect. And when I need to find a subway to head to midtown, Gabrielle actually walked me out the door and pointed out exactly where I needed to go. I have never had anybody go above and beyond for me like that! And in my travels in and out of the building, I could see that they treated all the guests just as well. I also love how I was able to leave my luggage for a short time after I checked out, so I could go out and do a few more things before I left the city. I could rave on and on about this place. I plan on coming to New York at least once a year, and would love to come here every time. I will be doing the Tunnel to Towers 5k every year, which is the last weekend in September every year. I am gradually bringing more and more people with me. So, I will highly recommend that they stay here.

We LOVED our Stay at Lyric. It is such a unique and affordable way to stay in the city. My fiance and I have decided that we are going to stay there every time we go to NYC! We loved that they had a parking garage available which made our out-of-state stay incredibly convenient. Everything was trendy, clean, and conveniant. We have been talking this place up to our friends ever since! Thank you, Lyric, for a wonderful weekend away.

Amazing place!! All the benefits of a hotel but you get a massive place as if it’s your own apartment in the city. Great for a work trip to take calls and relax for multiple nights. Huge floor plan with the benefits of a hotel.

Hands down one of the BEST places EVER!!! Check in was quick and very pleasant, the room was spacious and modern (matched the pics), the front desk was extremely quick and responsive to any questions or requests, restaurants and stores everywhere nearby AND the 2,3 express subway was across the street and the 4,5 express was up the street! This place was INCREDIBLE. Worth every cent and we will 100% be back. It deserves more than 5 stars.THANK YOU LYRIC!

Feels like a sleek condo, very quiet and comfortable, the turntable with Beastie Boys, The Strokes, Velvet Underground records was a nice touch!
