Lyric has been the best decorated room I’ve ever stayed in. The room had a record player with a variety of records including Jay-Z’s The Blueprint! Also had Bluetooth speakers which made for a very personalized stay. The on-site gym is pretty much full size unlike your typical small hotel gym with 3 sets of dumbbells and a couple treadmills. Would recommend this place 10/10

Awesome space for a short or long term getaway- full kitchen, 2 baths, stove and kitchen, living room - we were so impressed by the size for manhattan! We’ve never stayed at a larger space in the city for such a great value.

This is a gimmick! The rooms are dark and barely any sunlight. The housekeeping is terrible. The sink has no space to keep any vanity items. We where given only one towel between two people. And once we complained we got our room freshened after 4 hours. I would never stay there.

This place is amazing. I am in NYC monthly for work and personal reasons so I will definitely be back! It may not be walking distance to some of my favorite places in NYC but one brisk walk around the Seaport area and I found little gems that could quickly be a favourite in the future. I’m really pleased with my stay at the Lyric and hopefully would get to stay again.

Hands down!! I don’t want to leave... we enjoy the great staff and hospitality at a historic Art Deco building in a completely renovated, comfortable, CLEAN, modern room. You can enjoy the gym, good breakfast in the restaurant at the entrance. This place has great location near Wall Street, 9/11 memorial, Seaport District, Fulton Market, subway station, Battery Park, Westfield World Trade Center Mall. First time in New York and definitely Lyric make the experience memorable, I can’t wait to back. Thank you Lyric

With its great location on the edge of Manhattan that allows for a quick trip to Brooklyn and the hotel-like check-in process, everything about Lyric at 70 Pine was simple. It was exactly as advertised: clean, spacious, and well-equipped.

We had a wonderful stay at 70 Pine! Not only is the place clean and stylish, it’s very spacious (which is rare in NYC) and even has a walk-in closet. The place is full of creative touches and is also conveniently located near major train stops. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely return!

If you’re looking for a modern and classy location LYRIC is your place. The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. They do not hesitate to help you out in any way you need. My girlfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and were more than pleased.

I've been to New York many time now and this is by far the best place/hotel I've stayed in. I will definitely book this place again for all my future NYC trips. Room is spacious, clean, friendly staff, and the location is very convenient as well. Located right in the middle of the financial district.

Lyric at 70 Pine was a great Airbnb. There’s a lot of amenities on the first floor of the building like a market, coffee shop, etc, which was very convenient. The staff answered our messages very promptly and were courteous at check in/out. The Airbnb itself was really comfortable and the area it’s in makes it easy to get around lower Manhattan for nightlife, etc. I highly recommend it for an easy stay.

We spent one night at The Lyric hotel. Our room was spectacular. So spacious and clean. We had a vintage record player in the room. We had a king sized bed, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Brand new vintage style furniture!! The area has plenty of great restaurants with just a little walk to the Seaport area. Many coffee shops, lunch spots and pubs too within a block or two. We had an amazing stay at the Lyric at an exceptionally good price! We would highly recco it.

Our stay was amazing with Lyric at 70 Pine. We had an issue with our thermostat upon arrival but was fixed immediately. Awesome location; within walking distance to subway stations, World Trade Center, Staten Island ferry and awesome restaurants. Grocery store just around the corner was so convenient and a Walgreens just up the block. The place itself was just right for the two of us! Nice towels, lots of storage space if you were to stay for an extended period of time, bathroom had ample space for toiletries within the cabinets behind the mirrors! Kitchen had all the things you would need as well!

Fab apartment in the wall street area of lower Manhattan, ideal for battery park, ferries to liberty island, 9/11 monuments, subways, restaurants etc. Contains all you need while in new york. Highly recommend staying here. Definitely stay here again
