Amazing Experience at Mint Dallas This place exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and spot on.The view was amazing and the process from booking to checking in was super easy. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Definitely gonna be going here more often. I loved it!

Getting into this place is quite the hurdle. Make sure you have the blueprints.

Great place to stay! The rooms are beautiful, the check in process is smooth, and the attention to our comfort was great. They have excellent restaurants and bars, and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend staying here the next time you are in Dallas!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Mint House Downtown Dallas by Kasa. The check-in process was incredibly easy and convenient since everything was handled online, making arrival completely hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Downtown Dallas and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view. From the 49th floor, the views of the city were amazing, and seeing Reunion Tower lit up at night was absolutely spectacular. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend Mint House Downtown Dallas by Kasa to anyone visiting Dallas and would gladly stay here again.

Our experience/stay with KASA/Mint House Downtown Dallas TX was AWESOME! Everything from the parking, the room, as well as communication. You want be disappointed if you book a room with Mint House.

Good stay Overall was a great location and pleasant stay, room was clean and the check in process was very easy. Was fantastic value! I do wish there was room service or a way to request more water but we also didn’t look into it too much. I would stay here again!

I didn’t realize how high up this was! We were in town for a baby shower and this was a great spot. We had dinner at the club and also got to do a late check out that we needed! View was great. Also, walking distance to stores and restaurants.

We were a bit apprehensive after seeing the email advising js how to access parking and the room, however we really shouldn't have been. If you follow these instructions exactly you will have no issues whatsoever. Now to thre room..omg stunning. We had a king room with the most amazing views. Room was immaculate and had everything you need for a few nights in the city. Everything was withing walking distance - bars , restaurants and museums. Theres a great donut shop 10 minute walk down Elm Street, definitely pop in there. Within the hotel there's a lobby area where you can go and get any help you might need or ice. We were lucky enough to meet Al in there and had a great conversation about the world cup. Would definitely book here again if ever back in Dallas.

E' un appartamento stupendo nel cuore di Dallas, veramente molto bello con vista panoramica. Tutto perfetto anche se questa cosa dei check-in automatici al tuo arrivo dopo un viaggio di oltre 15 ore non sono il massimo. Le comunicazioni che inviano sono troppe e si fa confusione tra app, notifiche push, e-mail ecc. Ci sono tanti codici da trovare, tastierini, codici per la camera, per il piano, per il parcheggio... il tutto ricevuto via app o email e non tutti i viaggiatori arrivano con la connessione attiva. Insomma, il viaggiatore ha molti oneri al suo arrivo, ma una volta superato il check-in è un posto veramente bellissimo!

The place was exactly as described. clean, well-maintained, and overall a nice stay with great amenities. There were two issues, however. First, I paid for an early check-in and was told I would receive the access code 10 minutes before my check-in time. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I had to make several calls and send multiple messages before finally receiving the code about 45 minutes after my scheduled check-in time. Second, the bathroom pocket door would not close because it appeared to be stuck on its track, which impacted privacy and convenience. Aside from those issues, the property itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay.

This was my second time staying at the Mint House so I knew my stay would be great. I love the virtual check-in process that allows you to avoid having to go to a front desk. Everything is really clean & in place. The host is extremely responsive and helpful whenever needed. They even put us together a little welcome treat bag. The Mint House will definitely be my go-to place going forward!

Everything was wonderful waking up to the views of the city and having downtown Dallas at your fingertips was definitely Likes: The location was prime. It was right in the middle of downtown making it easy to access fun things around downtown. Dislikes: The check-in process was a little weird, but we definitely got it figured out and the front desk attendant was wonderful and very helpful but the process was still a little bit confusing

Attention to Detail That Makes All the Difference Mint House was one of the best places I’ve stayed in quite some time. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt fresh, well cared for, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to settle in and relax. One thing I really appreciated was how seamless the entire experience was. The digital process was straightforward and convenient, while the accommodations still felt welcoming and personal. The bed was comfortable, the space was quiet, and the amenities made it feel more like a home than a hotel. As an added bonus, they recognized my birthday with a small surprise, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. Overall, Mint House delivered an excellent experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing!! It was BEAUTIFUL!! I booked the corner king suite, the view was lovely, digital check in was very easy. The front desk was patient when i called in with my questions, and the prices are much more affordable than most dallas high rises! ONLY warning i have is the Tv and parking. I fully expect this as it is downtown, but be prepared to stress if you decide not to opt for their parking. Our Tv was having a hard time with anything besides cable, but there were other accounts logged in to the apps so i assume we just got unlucky!

We loved this place it was in such a perfect spot to be able to walk around the downtown and have great food and drinks. It was a very cool vibe to be that high in the sky and see over downtown at night. It was a little confusing to get up to the place. There was someone available for us when we got there to help check in that was a big help. The only downside to the room was there is some small damages in the room one of them being the shower head not staying up and wanting to point at your feet the whole time.

Everything was great! Likes: The location was perfect and the view was amazing. Dislikes: There was more street noise than I was expecting, but that's not a knock on the hotel.

Great stay for my graduation! Very accessible, incredible views, very fast and responsive staff - even brought us an extra chair for the living room for movie night. Would stay again!

I have stayed at Mint House plenty of times for weekend getaways. I was disappointed with the room once I arrived becaus Likes: Mint House is always our choice for weekend getaways. The staff is always great, friendly, and accommodating. Dislikes: I was extremely disappointed with the room. What I booked on Booking.com wasn’t the same room I received when I arrived.

I extended my stay directly viatheir site . in the end I did not need the extra night. I left the room by 11am but was informed I would be charged for the third night. it is a short sited business practice as I will now never stay here again.

While the unit had amazing views and a luxury vibe, there were a few things that really weren't worth the $ or energy to do again. 1) the Mint hotel floors are reserved for floors 49 and 50 and you have to take 3 different elevators to get there (1 from the parking garage underground to ground level, get out to take a second elevator from ground level to floor 48 which is very shaky towards the top so if you struggle with heights or elevators this place is not for you, and get out and move the third elevator to take you to Mint rooms on floors 49 & 50). 2) the mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on - we were barely able to sleep all night. For a luxury condo I really expected a better bed. 3) the floating shelf holding the dishes in the kitchen is coming apart from the wall, will likely fall soon and is a safety hazard. 4) the overall "virtual check-in" process, separate codes for building (6 digit) and room (4 digit) as well as extensive check-in & parking instructions was a huge pain in the neck. Luckily there was a person on-site (works for the building, NOT Kasa) that was able to explain the elevators and building/parking code. On a more positive note - we did really appreciate the views and overall vibes, cleanliness & design of the unit. There is a washer & dryer in the unit as well that came in handy.

Wow what a view from the 49th floor overlooking the reunion tower in Dallas! Fantastic apartment in just the right spot, near to all downtown restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money!

The hotel was wonderful. Parking was hard to get out of the garage. The code they gave us didn’t work.
