The building shows no signs of being a hotel. We got there using GPS, but there was no indication that we were in the right place. When you arrive, you need to take three different elevators to reach your room. Check-in is done entirely on your phone, which is problematic because the cell signal isn't strong inside the building, making it difficult to do anything online. We called a number posted outside the rooms, but that was also tough due to poor signal. If you need any help- more towels, toilet paper, TV not working, AC issues, or an accident- there's no one to assist. Apart from the room being clean, I wouldn't recommend this place. For $ 190 a night, I would suggest staying at an actual hotel like the nearby Sheraton, which offers a proper hotel or vacation vibe with staff to give peace of mind. Also, they charged us $ 30.00 for resort fees, even though this isn't a hotel, let alone a resort. Our TV wasn't working during our stay, and unfortunately we had to accept it because there was nobody we could talk to about it. Next time, I wouldn't stay here.
