Holidy Weekend Getaway in the Heart of Dallas Check-in was convenient and easy. Every staff member at the reception desk for the main building was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Special shoutout to Miller for providing assistance that made my arrival seamless and to Xavier for providing solid guidance when I had a few questions about parking. The building is beautiful, conveniently situated in the heart of the Arts District, always felt very secure, and the corner units provide outstanding views; I'm not sure where else you could stay in the city with similar views of downtown. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable.

Room was in good condition - confusing to park and get into room and building

Perfect place to stay in downtown Dallas Likes: Everything about this property was outstanding. The security was very friendly and helpful. The unit was beautiful and had a stunning view of downtown Dallas. Mint house was very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely chose to stay here next time we are in town. Highly recommend Dislikes: Nothing

Good location, the view is incredible with a very clean skyline and perfect for throwing a birthday surprise for your husband or wife!! Just disappointed that the TV didn’t work

Amazing apartment and views are incredible. Super handy location to walk around down town and parking is easy to go further afield.

Relaxing Staycation in a Prime Location I recently enjoyed a staycation at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The location was one of the highlights—it’s perfectly situated near a variety of dining spots and bars, making it incredibly convenient to explore all within a walkable distance. The room was clean and well-appointed, but the bed was my least favorite part of the stay. It sat unusually low to the ground and wasn’t as comfortable as I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. It didn’t take away from the trip entirely, but it did stand out compared to the otherwise high-quality amenities. I did encounter one issue with the room temperature, as I wasn’t able to control the thermostat for a day. I reached out to the staff, and their response was excellent. They responded quickly and sent someone the next morning to replace the thermostat batteries, resolving the problem without any hassle. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, I really enjoyed my stay. The convenient location, attentive staff, and overall atmosphere made it a solid choice for a relaxing, local getaway. I would definitely consider staying here again.

A beautiful one bedroom apartment on the 49th floor with breathtaking views.

We stayed overnight at Mint House for the Dallas Holiday Parade, and the location was perfect! It was central to all downtown holiday events -- as well as many bars and restaurants -- while being removed from the noise of parade setup (and high above the usual city street noise). The setup was perfect for us, with two bedrooms and bathrooms (plus a kitchen!) for about the same price as most hotels. The living area was a bit tight but offered amazing views! Both bedrooms were well-outfitted, with comfy beds and pillows, good space and great views. Because these rooms are on the top floors of an office building, getting to them is a little trickier than usual -- but the hosts provided very clear instructions to access both the room and the onsite parking. For us, the quality of the accommodation was a bargain, and we wished we had booked more than one night to enjoy it!

Clean room nice staff great views

Worthwhile. Likes: Clean and easy access. Dislikes: I could see into the two units next to me which was a little odd. I did close the shades but just an odd experience initially.

Love the MINT!

Room was great.

Likes: Outstanding security gorgeous view very clean I couldn’t ask for any better I can’t wait to go back e dry thing about this place is phenomenal Dislikes: It was a little bit of a venture getting up to the room but after the first time it’s no big deal nothing negative to say about the mint

10/10 Perfect for small group , this place is better than the pictures

Amazing Views Beautiful views, easy parking, and lovely restaurants in the building. Our rooms were clean and modern, and unlike most hotels, the lighting was great!

Likes: Everything! Dislikes: Shower head needs to be updated, otherwise, we loved it. And the code never worked on the door or leaving the garage, but we had the fob so all was good. When we checked out and left the garage we had to have the garage help let us out. But we loved the place

Chose this spot for a staycation and I love it. Will definitely be back.

Loved everything about the room to easy access parking.

Always amazing staying with MH I will definitely be back as always 🥰

Room is so wonderfully clean and sopacious

Quarto espaçoso, bem decorado e com uma vista incrível

Awesome place!

Likes: Location was nice Dislikes: Parking amount was excessive

10/10! Would definitely stay again when in Dallas

Good place

Great place, beautiful views

This place was amazing. This is our favorite place so far in our travels. You will not be disappointed. The 49th floor city views, the style, decor, and amenities were amazing. We will definitely visit again and stay here!!!

Ah scary scary don’t stay here. No real people work here .. it’s all digital and check in is through a QR code. Anyone work here ? Their front staff goes home at 5 pm, there’s a weird vibe here. Anyone can enter the building. You have to call or text a number and I was on hold for 15 minutes at 10:30 pm. This is not a hotel it’s like a creepy dystopian hostel where you feel unsafe Stay anywhere else

This is my first time at The Mint House. Neat and quick check-in experience. I chose the restaurant at the Tower Club to eat at. Great service and great food. The room is very nice, clean, and private.

Likes: The area and the view from the room was amazing Dislikes: There was nothing wrong with the property
