While visiting Dallas from out of state We did enjoy our time during our stay at Mint House . Upon our arrival my husband contacted Mint House to inform that there 2 broken chairs. Absolutely nothing was done to remedy this & we ended up eating sitting on the sofa . In addition to this my was driver’s license found & I received an email asking me to pay between $34-40 to have it fedex next week. I am disappointed at the low regard we were given . Yes , the room and the view was lovely overall , yet we were dissatisfied because our concern was not addressed. Losing a driver’s license and not being able to pick it up is stressful. I feel it should have been mailed back without a hassle & free of charge. Customer service & customer care is paramount in addition to the actual experience in the room. We did our best to enjoy our time there.

View of city was spectacular. Enjoyed the bar/restaurant. Finding the parking garage and how to check-in was difficult. Tried to call for help, but no answer

Stellar view. Very high end rooms. Nice and quiet that high up (important to me as I am a light sleeper). Would definitely stay here again.

Worst check in process ever.

Beware of corporate events music/bands/etc. Beautiful room and views though! The room and view was amazing! Communication went great with fast and full responses. We stayed two nights and were at the mercy of the below level’s wedding/corporate event band. It was a full band with saxophones, keyboards, drums, bass guitar, electric guitar, and multiple vocalists. They sounded great, but they were so loud that I couldn’t even hear the record player playing music in our room. The sound was booming through the entire 49th floor for all to hear. The first night was miserable due to that. The second night was nice though. Also the gym that I saw had views from the 48th floor, is actually on basement level 1.

Pretty good Likes: Love the keyless entry and the view and the actual room. Dislikes: There were no amenities available in the room, water, extra towels etc The amenities in the hall way were all taken.

They will unlock your door without proper warning. We had a lady unlock our door and walk in our room without proper warning while my wife was changing. She gave no warning before entering. This was almost 2hrs before checkout and we didn’t have the “we are checked out” marker on the door. Extremely disappointed and disturbed that they are able to do this at any time.

I loved my stay enjoyed every minute of it. To get to the hotel was a bit confusing but I was able to resolve the issue quickly

Great spot Mint House offers a perfect location with wonderful amenities. I highly recommend eating at The Tower Club as well. I’m looking forward to going back

Très bien placé et avec une vue au top car les chambres sont situées entre le 49 et 50e étage. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et très bien équipées. Si nous revenons c’est sans hésiter celui là.

Room was clean and well taken care of! Bed was also super comfortable and just about the perfect setting.

The room needed some work - the toilet ran all night, the walls are super thin so you can hear everything from your neighbors, and the fan kept cutting on and off.

Likes: Great view. Beautiful apartment. Dislikes: No shopping in the area. But there are restaurants close.

Make sure you get the email from the property before arriving because the “staff” that answer the phones redefine useless. Once in the property, it was outstanding

Need full disclosure that there is no one to help you Horrible. Three different elevators to get to my room, no luggage carts, no bell man, no front dest, no food anywhere, it sucked. Never again. If this is the future of travel, I will stay home.

This unit had three corner rooms which enhanced the spectacular view. The unit, attention from the building guards and the 48th floor restaurant had an exclusive, top tier feel. Will definitely come again!

Great rooms in a great location. Getting from the parking lot to the room itself isn’t very straightforward but if you do it once it’s fine. Elevator from the parking garage to the main floor, then a second lift to the 48th floor, then a third lift to your floor. Very affordable for what you get, would definitely stay again.

Perfect space on the 50th floor! Amazing location. Easy checkin, with detailed instructions from Mint House. The space was clean and uncluttered, very calming. We ran into a couple employees who were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, pillows a little flat for our tastes. But there was a full size fridge and lots of kitchen amenities in the small but efficient space. Would stay again, easily!

When I first picked this hotel I didn’t realized we were going to stay at the 49th floor.Awesome view .The hotel looks good, the room vas nice and updated, simple but effective . We had issues finding the entry for the parking ,we didn’t really see the hotel sign and it took us a while to figure out how to exit the parking ( I couldn’t find the email with the parking fee payment confirmation .You need to take 3 different elevators to get to your room( Hotel is at the 49 and 50th floor.Also not much privacy in the room unless you close all the curtains ( both room on our right and left could see us ) .With no employee on site the experience is a little sterile. Overall I think it’s a good ,affordable and convenient hotel .

Great place to stay in Downtown Dallas Likes: Second stay at Mint House in Downtown Dallas. Great location. Very nice spacious room. Good amenities including washer and dryer in the unit. Clean and well maintained. While we were there for pleasure, this would be an ideal location for a business stay. Dislikes: The instructions and other key information (room number and access code) were not emailed until a little after 3pm and we were therefore unable to park without paying the hourly rate when we arrived at the property at 2:45pm. The Mint House resource on site was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue, but it could easily have been avoided if the email was sent an hour or so before 3pm. Other than this relatively minor issue, everything else was great.

Mint House is way better than a hotel, for price, views and comfort! Likes: Right in the heart of downtown, amazing views in our 50th floor room! The room is spa and efficient, has everything you could need. Check in was a breeze, when you followed the very detailed instructions Mint House provided!! I was nervous based on others’ reviews. We ran into Jacob who worked there and was so helpful and kind. Would stay here again!! Dislikes: I’m just nitpicking, because we loved it. We prefer a firmer pillow, these were soft (but still nice). And there was a record player to enjoy, but most of the records were broken, not to mention no needle on the player! Would have been fun!!
