Great Stay in the Heart of Downtown Dallas
I really enjoyed my stay at Mint House Downtown Dallas. The apartment was well-appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable six-night stay. I appreciated the plentiful towels and the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the unit. Housekeeping was very accommodating and provided extra coffee when I requested it, which was a nice touch.
The hallways were quiet, which I liked, though I did notice some light noise from neighboring units in the living room area. The elevator setup (three elevators leading to the parking garage) was a bit confusing at first, but manageable overall.
Just a quick note — the company runs smoothly, but it seems their customer service is outsourced overseas. They are prompt with responses, but sometimes you have to phrase requests very simply to make sure everything is understood and handled correctly.
Overall, my stay was excellent, and I’m already planning to re-book with Mint House at their Victoria Park location in Dallas for my next trip!
