The parking is a little confusing and there are a couple of elevator changes to get to the hotel floor. But if you can successfully navigate through that, it’s a wonderful stay!

Luxurious Apartment in the Sky Well-appointed set-up with an incredible view, extraordinary while unobtrusive customer service, VERY comfortable bed with a lot of great pillows, nice big walk-in shower, a couple bottles of water provided.. All in all a great stay. I highly recommend.

The place was beautiful and the view was amazing! My only disappointment was i was under the impression it was going to havd floor to ceiling windows and it had a half wall however, it still provided a incredible view. Id definitely stay with them again.

Wonderful Experience Amazing apartment style suite, great views of the city, close to everything downtown has to offer. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Even a turntable with records was provided for our enjoyment. On site customer service provided by Cesar was amazing. Would highly recommend!

It was amazing, and I would’ve stayed longer if i could! Likes: It was wonderfully decorated and the staff were very nice and helpful! The room was very comfortable and private, and the property felt safe. Dislikes: It was just a little far (~20 min walk) from the arts district which is where I needed to go during the trip, but the area was great and had coffee shops nearby which was helpful! The walk wasn’t bad at all.

Excellent five star rental. This two bedroom apartment was located on the 50th floor of the Santander building with incredible views, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also included a full kitchen. I highly recommend this rental. It is centrally located and has the typical big city homeless people on the streets so be aware if you are walking at night. Check-in was easy and there are two restaurants located in the building.

Beautiful space, so so staffing Beautiful apartments in a very convenient location and secure building. You have everything you need in unit. On site staff was friendly, but not necessarily quick to assist with replenishing items. I went for a business trip and during the week it was quiet as a mouse. However, come the weekend it was very evident that the walls were paper thin. Still overall a good experience. I would return, but perhaps would use the hotline number to ask for items instead of asking the staff in person.

Hidden Gem Worth Experiencing! Seredipidous is the best way to describe our experience. I wanted to treat my wife to a staycation and this experience exceeded ALL expectations. The one bedroom suite teleported us to contemporary magazine photo shoot making us want to extend our stay. We had dinner at Sage which is located on the 48th floor and John, our sommelier, and Conner, our server, provided service that was second to none! And the food…. INCREDIBLE!!! the Chef gets a 10 out of 10 from the spicy chili shrimp appetizer to the steak frites along with the chicken alfredo… we were left speechless. We will definitely be making Mint House our reoccurring destination.

Hidden Gem of Dallas This hotel is THE hidden gym of Dallas. Fantastic location, amenities, architecture, service and the VIEWS! A+++. I always stay here when I come back to my hometown, it’s the best. The interior design of the rooms is great, bed and pillows are super comfy. I also love that it’s super close to the light rail (Akard station)
