Comfortable and enjoyable!
Likes: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The location is fantastic—right in the center of Dallas, making it easy to explore the city. Communication was quick and easy via text messages, which I really appreciated.
I did not receive my check-in information and door codes beforehand, but fortunately, I was able to get them during the check-in process without much hassle.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, a king-size bed, a TV, and a generously sized bathroom. I loved the complimentary water, tea, and coffee provided, which were nice touches. The room also had a fridge and microwave, which were very convenient for storing and heating up food. The view from the 49th floor was absolutely beautiful, offering a stunning perspective of the city. There were plenty of power outlets available, and the A/C was easy to use and worked very well, keeping the room at a perfect temperature.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
Dislikes: While I had a great experience overall, there were a couple of things that could be improved. First, quite a few lights in the room were not connected to the master switch, so I had to walk around and turn off four separate lights manually, which was a bit inconvenient.
Additionally, the shower floor made a squeaking noise, which was a little annoying. The shower controls were also somewhat confusing, mainly because the instructions had worn off, making it difficult to figure out how to adjust the water temperature and settings.
