Great apartment with everything you need and enough space to breath Likes: Spacious apartments that have everything you need for a longer stay. Loved the view from the 50th floor! Dislikes: Only thing that was a bit annoying was the communication with the team. I was asked sometimes twice for the same information. Felt like things are either not perfectly handed over between shifts or they lack a central communication tool. Still they were very friendly and motivated.

FAB and HIP Mint House! The Mint House is SO cool and our stay was great! Beautiful view, always felt clean, safe and secure and had all very thoughtful, comfortable and common sense amenities. James was amazing on our checkin and all the staff we had contact with were courteous, friendly and efficient. I will definitely stay at the Mint House again! A FIVE STAR experience! Thank you MH!

The actual room is fine, if you can manage to get into it - which I couldn’t because the code they texted me didn’t work. Was stuck in the hallway for an hour because they don’t have any actual on site employees. Luckily a security guard associated with the building was able to find someone for me. My air conditioner stopped working at 2am and I had to sleep in 80 degree heat. The building (though not the room) is literally infested with thousands of crickets. I must have killed 20 of them waiting for a car. The area is surrounded by homeless people who aggressively come up to you and ask for money. Do not stay here, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Amazing hotel, central location. Likes: The room was lovely, spacious, with great facilities. Loved that there was a washer/dryer in the room. The staff were very friendly. Dislikes: The mattress was a bit soft, and the walls were thin. I could hear the people next to us opening and closing their blinds.

Awesome apartments on the 50th floor. Ample parking in 6-floor basement garage. There was a concierge on duty on 48th floor until after hours. It would be nice if there was a luggage cart available where guests could find it on their own since there is no front desk. These are apartments in the Santander Tower. Location is excellent and walkable to most everything. Steps from The Majestic Theater and a short drive to Fair Park and American Airlines Center. Nicely furnished apartments.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Well worth the price. Likes: The room was fantastic. So much room and what a view! Lovely and clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great location as well to see a lot of the sights. Dislikes: It’s really hard to find anything to complain about. The only small improvement would be to have a safe in the room.

So happy we found this unit for our stay. The unit itself is beautiful with great views of downtown Dallas. Very walkable to anything you want to do downtown, or if you want to stay in, the restaurants on site are fantastic. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Dallas!

Likes: The view of the 50th floor is amazing. We had a complementary upgrade to the studio. Separate bedroom and a large living room/kitchen. Enough space for a long weekend, but also for longer stays. Friendly staff and easy to park in the basement. Dislikes: Nothing

Will definitely stay here again. Likes: Beautiful rooms with a great view of the city. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Dislikes: Once you understand how to access the building and how parking works it was easy but leading up to the reservation I had many questions that didn’t get answered until the automated email comes the night prior to your stay. It is then made clear with that email so my only suggestion is that an email is sent shortly after the reservation that lets people know how the process works…specifically check in.
