Amazing accommodations for a very good price.
Likes: Beautiful views, very clean, great features available with kitchen and washer/dryer. Customer service was top notch. Price for accommodations and parking were the best in the area. Great value!
Dislikes: We got used to it, but talking 3 elevators to get to our floor took some practice. 😊

I spent the night with my family to celebrate July 4th and watch fireworks. The room and view were amazing, and the sunrise from the 50th floor was incredible. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return for a longer visit!

Views and service
Looking for peace and comfort, this is your place! I loved the ambience and have attentive the staff members were. The bed was very comfortable but I actually enjoyed the pull out couch more because I could watch tv and stare the views! The gym has all that you could ask for, very clean and private. If you love downtown this is your spot!

Very good just needs to be better with quality control.
Likes: Central location close to Dart station. Room size great. Staff helpful. Great view from 50th floor. Good size fridge.
Dislikes: Room had pots missing and staff had difficulty finding replacements. No manuals for appliances. No kettle. Also trouble with dishwasher that needed fixing.

This place is absolutely stunning. The pictures truly don’t do it justice, it looks even better in person. The staff were friendly and tended to all needs. The building is super secure so I felt safe. I had no problem ordering food/ getting things delivered. The view has to be the best feature. I 100% recommend this getaway.

Absolutely worth it!
This stay was phenomenal! The location is perfect. The view is amazing, and the staff are excellent.
It’s confusing at first when you arrive as check-in instruction are slightly confusing. BUT once you’re there, it’s all worth it!
I’d suggest working on the hallway lighting and damage as most of the lights on our hall were out and a good bit of wall repairs still present. But that is minor, and the room was excellent!
We will absolutely be back to the Mint House. Idk how you stay anywhere else once you get that view.

Although a bit awkward finding your way to room via 2 elevators and long hallway the room and view were well worth it! Security team were of great help, everyone was friendly no matter the time. Beautiful layout of room with lots of natural light. Well laid out. Would definitely consider again

High rise with everything you need and located in the center of downtown.
Likes: The location is perfect. Easily a walkable distance to restaurants, convenient stores, and short scooter rides to museums. The nightlife in Deep Ellum is only a 6 min drive away. The staff was great! They are very attentive and always available if needed. The property also provided everything needed for a short weekend trip (with washer and dryer) :) the views were immaculate. I highly recommend.
Dislikes: Everything about our stay was great. The location does require taking two elevators but super easy to get to.

8/10 Very good
I celebrated my 55 birthday tgere.
It was good to make it be excellent no utensils in the guest rooms just one spoon.
It would have made a better experience if we had more other than that it was good on the facility.
Some guests have dining in the room weather a birthday cake or pie there needs to be at least plastic ware in the suite.
Thanks for your good service I rate your establishment A-1.

Dislikes: We had a problem with the air conditioning but the staff quickly responded by allowing us to sleep in another room.
