Amazing stay and even better views. Staff was accommodating and very helping!

Excelent choice. Likes: Excelent! The landscape view is astonishing. This location is at the heart of downtown and you can walk museums, offices, etc. Dislikes: It was all good.

Bien Dislikes: No tenia ningún servicio. Somos de la tercera edad y nos hubiese gustado tener algún tipo de ayuda. Para acceder a la habitación se debía cambiar 3 veces de ascensor.

It was a different type of place that you need to be prepared for as far as check in but once you learn the ropes it’s a no-brainer to return.

Great space and location; a few kinks need to be worked out. Likes: The location and the space itself were great. I really enjoyed the beautiful view of Dallas as well as the kithcen amenities, large bathroom, and comfy bed. It was also close to a lot of restaurants and attractions, and my ride shares were inexpensive. The apartment was clean, it was easy to get in touch with the concierge, and they were pretty quick about fixing any issues. All in all, I'd stay here again. Dislikes: The billing and check in processes could use some work. There was a billing issue, and the property reached out to give 6 hours to fix it - on the day of travel. Thankfully, I actually wasn't on a plane yet and was able to fix it, but this could have easily landed someone in a bad situation. Additionally, I had several issues with my door code not working, even getting locked out of my room once. The concierge said there was an issue that was causing codes to reset; and there was no back up way to get in. Lastly, the walls were pretty thin, so I heard everything going on in the space next to me.

Mint house was perfect for our trip! We were on the very top floor with amazing views! The staff in the building was incredibly friendly! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in the Dallas area !

Stupendous view from the 50th floor, we were blown away by the sleek, contemporary feel of the unit. Friendly help was available when we needed it. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Our Anniversary stay at the Mint House property was exquisite. Staying here made our Anniversary great. The views were exactly as we imagined. The space was elegant with everything we needed for a romantic staycation getaway. We enjoyed the dinner at Tower Club before heading the short distance to the House of Blues. This location is perfect. Parking and access to get inside was very easy. We’ll definitely stay at Mint House again.

The elevators were a bit confusing for somebody that hasn’t had to experience multiple elegy for a building, but the employees in the building were extreme friendly in explaining how they worked.

Heerlijk verblijf op een mooie locatie. Likes: Prima locatie direct aan de riverwalk met binnen loopafstand naar het centrum, ruim appartement met balkon met uitzicht op de rivier, heerlijk zwembad en goede parkeergelegenheid

Ok stay Hotel was hard to find from the street. Elevator situation was confusing. Room was nice but lacked a safe. View was fantastic

Loved our stay here! Pictures really don’t do this place justice! Everything was clean and welcoming! Checking in was a little challenging, but thankfully they have people there to guide you! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Mint House was great! The building and unit are nice. The view was spectacular. It was a great view to wake up to daily. The staff were very helpful and pleasant both before our arrival and during our stay. The location was within walking proximity to many restaurants, etc. We walked pretty much everywhere we went during our 3 day stay. If you follow the directions as stated in the arrival information, parking and elevator access is not an issue. If we had questions, the team readily assisted. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying at a Mint House property. Everything was as described and the property was spotless! We will definitely be searching for other Mint House properties for future travels.

The view was amazing, the concierge was very accommodating and helpful when my door code wasn’t working. Couldn’t check in until 3:00 and we were early but they allowed me to hangout in the conference room area until my room was ready. The restaurant Parterre downstairs was incredible as well! Will be back!

Will stay again if ever in Dallas Likes: Excellent space and view. Extremely clean and comfortable. Common office cubicles were great for work. Good wifi. Excellent decked out gym Dislikes: Keypads were a bit finicky - but overall not a big issue. It is super convenient to not need a dedicated key.

Great place in a great location. Awesome views of the city from the 49th floor with floor to ceiling windows. Will most certainly stay here again on my next trip to Dallas.

Likes: Location, little oasis on our travels. Had everthing we needed including washer and dryer.

Great overall. Parking garage isn’t meant for lifted trucks at all. I now have to fix damages done to my truck during th Likes: It was in the center of Dallas so everything was pretty close and near us so we enjoyed that a lot. Dislikes: I disliked the parking garage it’s pretty low and I was told it would accommodate my truck which it did, but when I was exiting my truck got a huge scratch on top of it when exiting the garage parking lot. They did accommodate though and let me park in the valet parking, but now I have to fix damages done to my truck. Overall great stay, but wouldn’t recommend parking a lifted truck in the underground parking garage.

Not worth the price you have to pay. Likes: The people Dislikes: The room is not worth the price! And you have to pay $30.00 a night for parking.
