Terrible experience. Despite being on the 49th floor, one would expect it would be quiet but the noise from the Dallas Club on the. 48th floor was excessive with loud bands and parties late at night . The room was bare bones, dirty with food left in the fridge , a broken door with sharp metal plates, a shower that leaked and lack of towels. I reported these issues but nothing was done. There is no staff on site. Everything is virtual and you deal with a Chat Bot. The fob to the gym did not work at all the whole 4 day . I was attending meetings in the building so thought it would be convenient but it was not.
