The photos on the listing do not do this space justice ! It is a lot bigger than what I thought & the views ,WOW! We went for a concert at the American Airlines and arrived in less than 6 minutes ! It’s literally in the middle of everything! When you enter the room it feels so homey! The lights , air and tv were on . It literally is the perfect place! I def will be trying to stay here again when I have something to do in Dallas !

Came to Dallas for a conference which was about a 10-15 minute walk to the convention center. Host was super responsive to any questions and helped with any additional request I had. Baggage storage was a great help since I had a late flight. The home itself was way better than staying at hotel and the places was super nice, clean and I felt right at home. Thanks for the stay!

The space was adequate for us, but the property & experience was a bit rough around the edges. Likes: The reception were helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Although we didn't use it much, the kitchen area was nice and functional. Dislikes: Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. The check-in time was stated as 3:00 PM. When we arrived, reception told us that our room was still being cleaned. It was 4:20 PM before they notified us that management had changed our room, and we were finally able to have the room. There were 2 keypads in the garage that were broken. They did function; however, the keypad assembly was completely removed from its housing, dirty, and lying on top of its support at the exit. At the entrance, it took one hand to hold the keypad support (wobbly attachment to the floor) and the other hand to enter the number. Water pipes from the adjacent apartment(s) were quite noisy for an hour or so in our bathroom. The two chairs at the small round table had no cushions on the wire backs and made it uncomfortable to use them in a position other than sitting straight up.

Great location downtown Dallas. Rooms with fabulous views! Nicely appointed, very lovely linens and comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful stay. Excellent communication from host. Beautiful space. Everything was tastefully decorated, squeaky clean, and fantastic views. We liked having access to the restaurant and bar on sight for late night drinks and more views of the city. Ate dinner across the street at Woolworths and it was delicious too. Would recommend. Also, bed was VERY comfortable with nice linens.

As everyone has said the views are worth it, we spent one of our days in and watched the sunset right from the couch! Also close to stores and lots of food options. We walked everywhere all weekend even over to Deep Ellum which was only about a 30min walk. The customer service is top notch and very helpful with anything we needed. Stop scrolling this is the place you wana stay at!!! Will definitely stay here again next time in Dallas!

Wonderful stay My wife and I stayed at mint house downtown Dallas for a date night. It was the perfect place to crash after taking in downtown and enjoying a concert at the Majestic Theater down the street.

Overall, a great stay - needed a place for just over a week and decided to try this apartment rather than my usual hotel - very glad I did. The apartment was clean, well taken care of and easy to get in and out of - and the bed was very comfortable. Great downtown location within easy walking distance to restaurants, etc. Views from the apartment were amazing...how much better does it get than 49 floors up from the street. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. I am planning another longer visit soon and am absolutely considering another Mint House stay.

Mint house was great! It felt very secure, and we received a warm welcome. It might be more difficult to follow check in instructions after hours, but we had a smooth experience. The room was clean and well appointed.

We booked the Mint house because my family was attending a wedding and it was within walking distance to where friends were staying. We arrived around 5:30 and instructions for check in where clear so there were no issues. However when we got to the room there was a bad smell like a dead rodent or a plumbing issue. We contacted guest services and let them know we needed to have the issue resolved asap since we were getting ready to go for dinner. Within the hour we were re-located to a different room. Later we were tired and getting ready for bed but there where no linens for the pull out sofa which had few spots 😬. Guest services left for the evening but we contacted them and the issue was resolved again rather quickly. One occasion the smell of pot was coming through the vent into our room and thin walls made things entertaining. There was also an elevator issue one night getting to the 50th fl. Aside from that it was a nice stay, great view, clean and ppl there were helpful

This was a great location for our family reunion. It was interesting taking 3 elevators to get from the garage to the actual condo, but doable. Beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed in the living room. Great views!

The apartment was very very nice and full of amenities. The place was very clean as well.

Enjoyed our stay at mint house tremendously. Our trip was aimed at being out and exploring Dallas. But due to the views and calmness of our unit our trip became a staycation. We highly recommend this rental, as it provides a great location and a clean environment. We hope to visit again soon

Great Hotel in Downtown Dallas This was an excellent hotel! It's in the middle of downtown Dallas, and you can walk to various restaurants and bars. My suite was peaceful, calming, and clean. Plus, I had a great scenic view. There's only two issues I encountered: You can't do a late check-in because there's no one there to physically check you in. Everything is done remotely via email messages. Also, the parking is confusing. They have a garage but there were no clear signs of hotel parking. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay!

Not a cheap level of accommodation, but you certainly get what you pay for. Accommodation is on floors 48 - 50 and provide fantastic views of downtown Dallas, and out toward Fort Worth. The apartments are fantastic with separate bed and living areas, complete kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine etc. You need to be careful when walking the streets downtown due to a high number of “undesirables” that tend to appear everywhere.

Brilliant and exceedingly comfortable highly recommend. Likes: Excellent set up and exceedingly clean. Was recovering from surgery, so we were actually stuck in the apartment for the entire six days.  the couch bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The view was exceptional. And the staff are exceedingly attentive. 

Stayed here before it became the Mint House. The issues before was getting into the building, elevator, and room. The card readers were bad. So now having it be a key pad makes the place top-tier. Will be making this place my go-to when coming out to Dallas.

Positives- the pictures matched what it looked like in person and I was happy with the view and room itself. The view definitely makes the experience. The hotel felt safe and was quiet in the hallways. There was a decent amount of things do nearby and we enjoyed the coffee shop in the lobby. Once we got the hang of some of the things mentioned below, it got easier and more enjoyable! Negatives- cars/motorcycles were extremely noisy at night, they woke me up multiple times, and while this is not the hotels fault, it seems like an important thing to note. The instructions for the elevators felt like they could have been more clear- you essentially get on and off the same set of elevators 3 separate times. The signage for the parking garage was also very small and hard to see. One of the mint code boxes for the exit was broken so we could only exit onto one street. There are also a lot of homeless people in the area which is sad and made it feel less safe than I would've liked.

We were in Dallas this weekend for a wedding and stayed at Mint House. We opted to get an Airbnb instead of staying at the recommended hotel and are very pleased with that decision. Mint House was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. I greatly appreciate how secure the building was. Fantastic views were the cherry on top. Would absolutely stay at Mint House again.

We had a last minute trip to Dallas and even though it was pricey for one night, it was worth it every bit of coin lol. My only concern was having to also pay for parking nightly was a stretch. Overall enjoyed my stay!

Mint House Rocks! It was a new kind of hotel experience. It felt like an apartment lol. I had a really nice time. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Its a wonderfully organized building and they hosted an amazing stay!

The location was absolutely perfect! The Mint house staff was extremely helping.The views were the most impressive and you could see the entire Dallas sky line. The unit was small but perfect for a quick weekend getaway for 2. The unit was super clean and smelled great. We had everything we needed. The parking was easy and convenient. We look forward to coming back. We highly recommend Mint House.

Mint house was easy and flexible to find. The parking link didn’t work that I was sent, but the front desk people had the information and there was a QR code in the elevator and around so it was easy after walking in. It was a little bit street noisy for being so high up, but manageable. Walkable to many museums, but I don’t know how the walking would be at night. Overall a good stay.

The view was breathtaking! Likes: Location and the room were excellent! Dislikes: Bed could’ve been better.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back! The location was great, everything was close and the bar/restaurant was amazing! The host was responsive and answered any questions we had. We even extended an extra day and they were able to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area or even a staycation! 5/5
