The bad: the nightclub below was a little noisy one night of our stay, the sofa is a fold out bed so it’s not particularly comfortable to relax on. The good: the location, THE VIEWS! the fit out of the rooms, the showers are amazing, the location is very central. Elm St has a lot of good things you would want to do in central Dallas. Would stay again, would recommend lovely place.

Really good location, clean & quiet would recommend Likes: Modern, great views, quiet. Dislikes: Not very clear it’s a hotel. The staff did not explain the lift keypad codes. Room door handles have dark keypad making it impossible to key in code without a torch

Amazing experience overall. The refrigerator was quite an inconvenience. Likes: Beautiful location, view, and furniture Dislikes: The refrigerator and freezer were not very cold. Had to stuff everything in the freezer to use as refrigerator. The pull out bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Thumbs up for Mint House Dallas Centrally located and well appointed room on a couple of floors of an office building. Very comfortable and clean. Good views (when it wasn't raining!) and access to a nice bar in the Tower Club on Floor 48 and Ground Floor restaurant Parterre. The apt/room had all the amenities which worked well (there aren't many grocery options nearby within walking distance other than a 7/11 so stock up when you can). The staff onsite (there for much of the day) was very friendly, helpful and accommodating (extra coffee, late checkout). Ideal for a stay when you can be self-sufficient and don't have need for the full service of a traditional hotel. Enjoyed the experience and will keep a lookout for future Mint House properties. Thank you!

This spot was exactly what it looks like, perfect condition and cleanliness was 10/10 which was really important to me. If I’m back in Dallas I’ll make it a point to only stay here.

This was a great location and the apartment was clean and perfect. The directions to enter were hard the first time but once figured out the extra layer of security was a piece of mind. The apartment was prime location for sightseeing and the gym & Tower Dallas were a great touch.

Great Views and Service Check in was a little rough. The email with link was not working for self check in. Took a little while just to get into the building and then a security let us in before a staff member came down to help. He was extremely friendly and wasn’t able to scan our info either. He eventually took us to the room and it was very clean, quiet. We had booked a corner view room and it was very nice. Overall good experience and would definitely stay again. The codes in/out of the building and several elevators with codes is a bit much at first. Otherwise as mentioned, very nice place to stay.

The garage parking is over priced. I paid 30 dollars a night on the app. After parking I seen the parking was 10 dollars a day if your not paying through mint

Wonderful, unique hotel with incredible views! Incredible views of downtown Dallas from the 48th floor! Book the corner unit, it is worth it unless you are afraid of heights. Accessing the unit was a bit cumbersome with basement parking and the elevator system, but ok once we figured it out. Parking is $30. Short distance to Dos Equis Pavilion for the concert we attended. Clean, comfortable and stylish unit. Complimentary waters and personalized note when we arrived. Traffic noise was surprisingly loud but it was a Saturday night and eventually quieted down. The access to Tower Club was great. Food and drinks were amazing. There is a service fee we were unaware of, but makes sense since it is a Members Only type of establishment. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Simplify instructions please There was trash in the bathroom from previous person. Someone’s underwear in a drawer in bedroom. Other than that it was very clean. There’s too many instructions spread out over too many emails regarding accessing the room and parking. I ended up spending an extra $40 on parking because the instructions for exiting the garage were separate from the email with parking instructions and the exit I went out did not have a mint house keypad.

Mint House Perfection Our stay was great. It takes a little bit to figure out how to get to and from the parking garage to the room but once you get it down it’s no problem. Everything was clean and tidy. We will definitely be staying here again!

I was staying for work for approximately 10 days, and this was perfect, it felt much nicer than staying in a hotel for that length of time. One thing I didn't realise was that you have to request house keeping rather than a scheduled service through your stay, but that may be normal for the states (it was my first time) The apartments were enormous, nicely decorated, and so so quiet, parking was easy, and 100% worth paying for it. The key code entries from the car park to the top floor was a challenge the first time, but felt very safe.

Highly recommended. We had an excellent stay. The place was well appointed and beds were very comfortable. Views were amazing. Staff communication was excellent. Rooms are on the 49th and 50th floors. There's a bar and restaurant on 48, which was very convenient. Downtown location is excellent. No needy check-out to-do lists - we put our garbage in one spot and dishes in the dishwasher and went on our way. One improvement I'd make is to have more seating in the living/kitchen area. Would be nice to have a table where four can sit. Nevertheless, we would definitely stay again.

Awesome location! Amazing views, super nice building, felt very safe! The only things I would change was the bed was uncomfortable and by the end of the stay my back was hurting, as well as the comforter came out of the covering they had it in and it was very stained and dirty which was upsetting. Everything else was great! Space is exactly as pictured and you are walking distance from many great restaurants/bars! Overall loved my stay and highly recommend mint house to anyone visiting Dallas!

Thank you so much for making our stay special. I absolutely loved the place and would recommend it to anyone coming to Dallas! The whole building was so beautiful and if you like to take pictures they have plenty of places for you to use. We have no problems. We came for our anniversary and Mint was able to accommodate to us and make it very special. They even allowed me to do early check in! The area is very safe and quiet so you will have you peace and quiet when you need it! Thank you so much again. They also are very quick to respond!
