Loved it!!!

Five stars and will definitely be back, but 1. the coffee in the room was the worst I’ve ever had 2. the bathroom floor felt sticky/dirty and 3. the bathroom door creaked something fierce — so, so loudly.

Mint House in Dallas is a very nice place to stay, the online check in and use of technology is great and user friendly. The staff is little but very accommodating would stay again

The view from the room was stunning. Like waking up in the clouds. Enjoyed watching sunsets and storms roll through.

Mint House was a fun stay, we loved the property, the room amenities, and how large and comfortable the room was. Positive: - Large and spacious room for the price - Fantastic location, very close to nearby restaurants, tourist spots, and great for general walking - Easy to access different parts of the hotel - Fantastic coffee shop on the ground floor with vegan, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian food options and coffee (best vegan oat milk cappuccino I've ever had!) Negative: - We couldn't figure out how to increase the temperature on the thermostat. Even after turning the dial to 80, the temperature in the room read 65. Maybe it was just us, but ask the concierge for assistance when they take you up to your room so that they can tell you how to operate it - Many times there is no one manning the front desk. So if you're checking in for the first time or leaving and have to drop off/pick up stuff you may have to wait. But if you're already staying there and have your card, they give you the concierge number and they're just a call away

Felt like home - with a much better view! Likes: The room was AMAZING!! And the view?! Unbelievable! The surroundings of the hotel were nice and safe, the building is super clean, the rooms are very spacious and designated for people who plan to have a comfortable stay of a few days. Dislikes: The ONLY thing that surprised me is that you had to ask for your room to be cleaned, which I wasn’t used to but can also be a good thing if you don’t want anybody to enter your room. Sadly I asked mid-stay and nobody came to clean the room - but that’s ok, the room was super-clean when I arrived!

The gorgeous view is worth the hassle of getting there. Likes: View was great. Very clean room. Modern fixtures. My wife was impressed with the paint lines. Dislikes: Check-in was difficult because there is limited parking out front. It is a little confusing to gain access to the room. However, you could tell the staff deals with it all the time and they were very helpful.

Great location, very clean and beautiful views of Dallas!

I would highly recommend it to anybody, wanting a high end experience in the heart of Dallas! It was close to everything Likes: The Apartment was beautiful and the view was amazing! The best dad bed I ever slept in! The staff was very attentive, and were there if we had any needs. We ended up staying two days extra, we originally planned, because we loved it so much! Dislikes: Nothing!

This place was absolutely stunning. The entire experience was great from the way Mint House communicated to how clean and nice the apartment was. The view of the city is breath taking. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Was a great stay. The views were amazing, the location was perfect. This is my favorite place to stay when I come into Dallas. Definitely worth the money.

Likes: Large, splendid ultra modern room with amazing view. I felt like I was in an episode of Succession. Very clean, quiet and secure. Probably better suited to business travellers than holiday makers. Downtown location is excellent and several eateries close by. Dislikes: Booked this last minute and very late at night when our flight was delayed forcing a Dallas stopover. Hotel is very tech driven and the online check-in required scanning passport and verifying credit card details even though Booking.com would have alredy paid them. I wasn't entirely happy with this level of digiatal data capture. The hotel is on the 49th floor of an office building so entry after midnight was a bit eery, although the security guard explained how to reach our floor and enter the passcode for our room (he could not leave his desk to go with us). So rather an unwelcoming start.

Beautifully presented property with quirky touches including a record player. Very comfortable apartment-style room with quality furnishings and great view of the city. Located in a funky, downtown area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The Mint house is an expensive options with a hidden cost of daily parking(30). Like most families, we rely on reviews. The couch/bed needs to be replaced. The couch has black stains marks, we covered it a sheet. The AC thermostat is hard to use and should be replaced. The wash and dryer are loud. The dishwasher tripped the breaker mid wash. Downtown Dallas has lots of people with homeless/mental health issue. We were approached outside the building by a woman with an invisible knife swinging at us. Not cool when you have two little ones(7/8). The Mint house staff, 5 star treatment. The location views are amazing, breathtaking, we woke up in the clouds. Tower Club($$$) / golf was great. Gym, best Ive seen on the road. Beds were firm but not hard. Sheets, bathroom, shower, dishes, floors, windows all spotless. Very walkable to everything. If you can offer it, book it. It's pricey, like really pricey however I am glad we spent the money, worth it. I would stay here again, 4.7/5

The stay was fine and everything was good, but my issue was the $200 hold they had on my credit card. I was supposed to received that but no refund after 10 days. I called the customer service and they told me they already did release the amount. When I asked for proof they sent me an email of a past reservation I had with them dated in 2022. I've been trying to get my money back but with no luck right now.

Had a great stay perfect location

Enjoyable, modern place to stay, but comes with minor inconveniences. Likes: Luxury accommodations, huge bathroom, exceptional location and downtown view, well-appointed with amenities — full kitchen with appliances and washer/dryer, personable on-site staff. Dislikes: Requires a level of tech-savviness that may not be for every guest, plus uncommonly quirky elevator system and parking access can make entry and exit reasonably inconvenient depending on your personal travel circumstances.

The views were amazing. Apartment is large. These are corporate type apartments. Issue was the noise one of the nights we were there. Apartment is on 49th floor and 48th floor is an event space and private club. There was a large party with a DJ under us that went until 11 pm. We were able to talk with someone the next day to confirm no additional parties for the rest of our stay and to resolve the issue.
