Likes: The property was so beautiful and clean and comfortable! Dislikes: the only problem was the party on 48 floor from 7pm till 1am. The club is right under the room and it was so loud that I even couldn’t watch tv. the walls were shaking because of the bass and I heard every song and every word. Thank god it was good music. Manager said that they are allowed to party with loud music till 2 am.

This is such a cool way to do a hotel ... my own apartment at the top of a great building downtown with amazing views. The restaurant on the 48th floor was delish, too. We will definitely be back!

My stay at Mint House was great! It was in the center of downtown, so everything was nearby. They were also very responsive when I had any questions or needed anything. If I ever come back to Dallas, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Good team, responded to a complaint very effectively. Layout excellent, a few items missing from kitchen (mug, pans) but not so much to spoil stay. Excellent café at base of building - Parterre - outstanding.

Dislikes: Didn’t love the couch.

I did not like the parking circumstances for the hotel, it did not provide initial information on having to pay for overnight parking per night when you stay at the facility. I submitted all pre registration needed but they did not provide additional information for me to pre-register my vehicle before we arrived, I informed the front desk about this and I still had to pay 18.00 for going into the parking lot and checking in and then the additional 30.00 for overnight parking. Staff seemed careless and unempathetic when provided this feedback.

We have stayed at multiple Airbnb's in this area. Typically in town for a concert. This was by far the best stay we have had. Clear instructions provided early in the day. Check in was painless and super quick. Parking for 2 vehicles at no additional charge. The room was in perfect shape. No issues whatsoever. I would certainly book here again, and will be looking forward to the stay. Great job Mint House. It was AWESOME!!

I LOVED the views! We had a corner room and just WOW! We did get locked out of our room and security took a while but it was a super nice place to stay!

Considering this was the cheaper of the options directly downtown, it was absolutely phenomenal. Next time I stay downtown, I for sure will stay here again. Amazing view; you'll be on the 49-50th floor. Whole building is 51 floors so you are high up. We were in the king suit. More amenities than we needed including stove, convection/microwave oven, large fridge, toaster, etc. Shower was big. Very updated design. Huge king bed. Record player with some discs was a nice touch. The bar/cafe on the main floor was the perfect place to unwind with a couple drinks. The bartender made some of the best looking drinks I've had and was great to talk to. (Pictures of some drinks attached) Parking was $30. I was able to pre-park and then check in which was nice. You get a card which can be used to exit the parking garage, but you don't need it to enter. We were on the 50th floor, but they had express elevators so it didn't take long to go up/down. Service team was very helpful. They texted before I arrived and were quick to respond to any questions I had over text.

Great stay, very comfortable, amazing views of Dallas, great location. My husband and I like a very firm mattress, so we found the mattress a little soft, but probably most people would love it. Two king beds, so plenty of room for us and our two children. Also had a kitchen, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. We didn’t use the appliances, but was nice that they were provided.

Luxurious. Likes: The spacious suite was beautifully furnished with modern finishes. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to cook and eat a meal. It even had a washer and dryer. We had a late flight out and was allowed to check out at 4PM with no extra charge! Dislikes: There was no phone to call the front desk. It took awhile to get the front desk number for the "800" number given on my reservation.

Mint House is awesome. Their staff and their communication was tops. The apartment was spectacular. I’d upload pics if that were possible. The 50th floor provided a view of Dallas that would be impossible to replicate. Do it. Book it.

Will definitely book again! We walked all through Downtown and really had the best time! Likes: Can't say enough great things about this place! we absolutely love it!

Otra cosa que me llamo la atención fue el trato de desconfianza hacia el cliente. no contentos con la fianza también te avisaban de una multa de 150$ por perder las llaves de la habitación (q en mi caso eran simplemente tarjetas de plástico). me tome la molestia por confirmar este detalle . en general un muy buen hotel pero esos detalles lo empañaron un poquito

I hate the elevator process. It's actually stupid. Other than the elevators, the rooms a really nice. Just a little small for the money. First time here.
