This is the first negative review we have ever left for an Airbnb. Let me start with a shoutout for Lauren, the on-site property manager who was the only bright spot in the checkin process. She deserves a raise! This is a totally corporate set-up with only one on-site person to manage a lot of units. Location is great, but it's more like a big corporate timeshare than an Airbnb. Couldn't get a response about paid parking in advance of our stay, parking instructions were contradictory. When we arrived at the appointed check in time, we couldn't get in the building with the code provided. Working with remote personnel (several) and several new code numbers, still no luck. We were pressed for time with an evening engagement, and it took over an hour to get into the building, thanks only to Lauren (who leaves at 6 pm). For the amenities provided (or not) and the price, we could have stayed at the neighboring Hampton Inn for less aggravation. Never again, Mint house...
