9/10 Excellent
Likes: Everything was excellent overall. The apartment was beautiful, exactly like the photos, well equipped, clean, and in a great location in the city.
Dislikes: What was less positive was the communication once we arrived and checked in. Unlike in a hotel, there was no one on-site to talk to, which made things more difficult
