Great option other than hotel! It was a great location in downtown Greenville. It was clean and simple. The only issue was trying to get into the building, check-in info was never sent, struggled locating the unit on the check-in, and door lock did not work. Customer service was great and handle the issues quickly. Also did not know about parking but as soon as we paid, someone delivered it to the door. I would stay again.

Excellent place to stay! Perfect location, place was clean and host was very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Love the convenient location. We could walk to everything downtown. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was spacious and the bedrooms were clean. My only complaint was a dirty microwave and dog hair on the couch. My daughter is extremely allergic to animals. When she started having difficulty breathing we looked around for signs of animals. I know you advertised the unit as dog free. Someone must be bringing in pets — despite your rules.

Loved location, super clean, will use Mint House again Likes: At first, we had problems with code to get in unit and were missing 1 parking pass. But Lauren, the unit inspector was there and she quickly solved our problems. Dislikes: If it hadn’t been for the Unit Inspector we wouldn’t have gotten in the apt in a timely manner

The only thing I would say is that the sheets and towels are pretty cheap. It’s a really nice place and I think that it warrants a little better sheets and pillows, which makes the stay even better for people.

Clean rooms great location

The house was nice and clean and very close to downtown. We did not have to use our car at all everything was walkable. It’s in an excellent location. We loved staying there and would definitely book again.

The MintHouse was a great apartment, perfect for our family and conveniently located. The neighbors were extremely loud our first night, playing music and partying past midnight. We did have to call in a complaint. The apartment was clean, and easy to get to. Despite the noise, we would likely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mint House and definitely will be going back there. This is the perfect staycation place, great location and great space. Unlike a regular hotel room where you only get a certain amount of space amenities, you have a whole apartment to yourself. A space to cook, a space to relax, and a space to sleep, along with the balcony. The perfect getaway for a peaceful reset. The only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the Kitchen is low, but there is a handheld faucet sprayer with great water pressure.

This property was in a great location for walking around Greenville. The reserved parking was in a great location and felt safe.

The space and location were fantastic. Only complaint was a couple of communication issues. We had to reach out for check in instructions an hour after check in time as we hadn’t heard anything yet. The parking was also quite confusing. I had seen in another post this was the case so I specially asked for clarification on the parking. I purchased the parking pass, yet we still got a $70 ticket. The host did eventually take care of it l, which we truly appreciate. Though it did take a handful of messages and a couple weeks to get figured out. Again, the space and location were great.

Another nice stay. Nice restaurants, shopping at walking distance. Beautiful water fall nearby.

Hosts were difficult to get in contact with for access instructions and questions during stay. However the location was amazing. The apartment was clean and had basic accommodations. Did not have issues with noise in the building or outside of building during my two week stay. Overall would recommend!

Comfortable, one of my favorite stays Likes: It was great to pay a flat rate to cover parking in the parking lot out front. The suite is BEAUTIFUL, clean, and really made for a premium comfortable stay that was like home. Especially while traveling with a child and family member. The kitchen and laundry in the suite are very well-kept and usable. I utilized both the laundry and kitchen. It made returning home easier as the chores were partially done before check out. Some of us already don't want to be traveling and love the comfort of home. This place really gave me that comfort. Everything I needed for a weekend stay was present. The Keurig pod coffee machine and coffee/tea station was ideal as well. It was the most amazing stay. It was cozy. The Air conditioner was POWERFUL. We actually needed to turn it up (Which means alot on a hot Southern day). I really enjoyed this location. AND the Konnichiwa restaurant just below the building is heaven. You can quickly pick up and come up. Although checkin was bumpy, the response time was insanely quick: - The door code to access the building was not sent in the morning, but messaging through the app returned an immediate response. Dislikes: Parking was unfortunate. Even though it was helpful to pay ahead for parking, I was unaware that this didn't mean that parking was guaranteed. There is a second lot somewhere nearby but it was at least a block away. If you have a stroller, baby, and things, walking a block is not ideal. I wish there was a dedicate deck like the hotels, but that was a drawback. This won't be a problem if you are exploring the nearby area on foot (Which is very doable) or Uber and don't need to move your car. Checkin details - These were delayed. - Can you all make sure to share those checkin details just as the room is made ready? (If I didn't have the spare time to check for the checkin details, I would have had to wait and send a message in Booking's app to get the details. Although response was lightning fast, I can imagine how that would be stress inducing if you've traveled far/had a long day.

The stay was beautiful however furniture wasn't comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great location The Mint House was very conveniently located, close to restaurants, the riverwalk, etc. Just about anything you would want to do is within walking distance

Great place, centrally located in downtown Greenville. Lots of things to do within easy walking distance.

The location is stellar and the main reason to book this property. However there were some problems. The apartment next door played TV and music until midnight very loudly (despite us being told there was a noise ordinance and our own noise levels would be monitored!). It’s not the first time this has been a problem - as evidenced by the fact that they provided a basket of ear plugs in the kitchen area!! Also, although the apartment accommodates six people there is only comfortable living room seating for three people so others are forced to sit in uncomfortable kitchen chairs or really uncomfortable bar stools. Also the bar stools were counter height but the bar is bar height - so good luck with that!! We also had problems with instructions. Though we pre paid for parking we were not given parking instructions and had to call them after hours to get the info - while driving in the dark and a heavy rain storm! Then no wifi password provided until we asked and same with checkout…

Units are roomy and clean. Location is very accessible walking to everything downtown.

Great location and mint condition. However, communication needs some improvement. Although I competed the online check-in two days ahead, I did not receive the access instruction through email on the day of arrival and had to call to request the code.
